I have not been successful in receiving my reward.
I have not been successful in receiving my reward. My account was suspended.
This situation made me feel overlooked and under appreciated. Although it's a small amount, it helps me to purchase food and personal care items. I requested direct deposit for the funds.
It must be a glitch in how Prime Opinion and Tremendous computers interact. Looking forward to more surveys and receiving funds

Failure to receive two separate ecards when requested
i tried to do 2 eGift Cards each for $20.00. i got the first one with pin number 5651 however i tried to get the other $20.00 starting at 1:32 P.M.
again at 9.16 P.M., 9.22 P.M and 9.42 P.M.
all i got was the exact same code and the same card number. I am requesting that I receive the second card, please.

Hi.. My Prime Opinion account has been blocked and I will not be receiving any surveys from it until January 31st.
My account has been blocked until January 31st due to the low quality of my survey responses. I have been participating in the Prime Opinion survey site for many months and as a result, I currently have 3299 points, but I am unable to claim even those points.
