Order furniture back in may .still have not received it yet its going on november .
- Email said the order was produced, inspected, shipped; delivery in 6-7 weeks.
- 12 weeks with no furniture; calls unanswered; BBB filed; refund.
I got an email on July 6 that stated the order was produced , inspected and shipped to the states please allow 6-7 weeks for delivery . Its been 12 weeks and still no furniture.
Now Im pissed of they won't answer my calls and i filed a complaint with the BBB . I want my money back . A man that goes by the name mike sent me and email and said he would pay for dinner for us at a nice restaurant . but we haven't heard no more about that either we just want what we paid for , or our money back.
and we will never do business with this company again. And we are going to let the world know this company is the worst company ever to do business with .

Did not arrive until late October. And only one of the three pieces arrived. The piece that did show up it was not what we ordered or what was illustrated on their website. They refused to return the item or refund our money.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

We purchased a camo recliner from duck commander and when I got billed it said kelly furniture on the visa. Wife found out prime design furniture in tupelo ms.
makes furniture that there sales manager kurt kelly is selling on the side and taking our money. Not even a contact and when we spoke to him he made sure to say they were shipping. My wife called and prime design does not even ship to consumers. I cannot believe we got taken.
We called kurt kelly and 620 200 **** and it has been 16 weeks!! Do not buy from these crooks!
