OK, the final word has been give..... FINALLY, the Owner or Prime - An American Kitchen & Bar managed to reach for a telephone and dial 11 digits.... yes, albeit 3weeks too late, BUT, he did manage to call, HOWEVER- REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY DID ANYTHING WRONG. He assured me that our Levante' is equivalent to a ford pinto compared to the cars that come in there all the time, said its NOT POSSIBLE that his parking idiots could have done anything I claim, said that he runs a "PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS" and that there is no chance that they did anything wrong... when I said... really, why did it take 3 weeks for you to call me... all I heard was crickets chirping. When I went on to explain how his *** almost got me killed by their negligence in handling my car, and that they clearly messed with it, his retort as: ... we drive Ferraris and Lamborghini's all day.... He then said, "MAYBE YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE"!!! So, there it is folks.... Just as I had suspected.... this brash p.o.s. thinks that he is atop the world, and does NOT need MY or your business. Be aware and advised... DO YOU REALLY WANT TO SUPPORT A RESTAURANT THAT THINKS THIS WAY???? I SURE DONT. Here is the back story: Ongoing situation update regarding the utter lack of respect for customers of Prime - An American Kitchen & Bar by the Owners and their parking contractor that abused and damaged our truck and CONTINUE to refuse to acknowledge and or apologize. This matter will NOT just go away, I 100% guarantee that. I have contacted the News, Media, NY Times and Newsday, and barring a formal apology, the story (and perhaps undercover investigation(s)) will be released to all. As a good faith effort to the Manager, Robert DiPierro, I have agreed to give him a day or so to bring the matter to the Owners for THEM to handle. Robert- the clock is ticking. The story background is: Here is the update on what has happened since about 3 weeks ago, when we visited Prime - An American Kitchen & Bar for brunch, and the parking valet apparently took my brand new Levante' for a joy ride, reset all the radio presets to HIS preferred stations, and caused damage. Contact on multiple social media, direct email, and calls to the owners have all resulted in the same thing.... NOTHING!!!! Though I did get a call from Robert (this guy: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robert-dipierro-6b474626/) from Prime - An American Kitchen & Bar letting me know that the owners are aware there was a problem, ad that they will (i assume eventually) contact me to apologize. I reiterated that I do NOT want anything from them - except- a public apology fro the owners! If you have been following this thread, I very much appreciate your support. We, as he public need to not only be aware of what "can" happen when you hand your keys to a valet.... BUT, more importantly, we need to know that as it stands now, the Owners of Prime - An American Kitchen & Bar and their less than competent subcontractor... (http://uniqueparkingsystems.com/contact) could care less if you have a problem. Gentlemen... silence, at least in this situation, is surely NOT golden....!
