Prime Access Management Mortgage Fraud

I have filed two other comments regarding this country. This is an update. I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint about a payment for Prime Access via Meracord. The credit card company put a hold on the $595 charge to my account, and started an investigation. I next filed a report with the Denver FBI. They told me to check with the credit bureaus, Medacor, seniorwatch.com (an AARP organization), and file a report with the State Attorney General's Office. I have to follow through on these. In the meantime, I received this letter from the receiver for Prime entities. I have copied it here for everyone's information: The title for this person is: Prime Legal Plans Receivership .This is the letter:Dear Consumer: You are receiving this e-mail letter because you sought mortgage assistance relief services from a group of related companies, which I collectively refer to as the "Prime Entities," that may have violated various state and federal consumer protection statutes and regulations. As a result of these potential violations, on September 24, 2012, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida issued a temporary restraining order ("TRO") against the Prime Entities in a lawsuit titled Federal Trade Commission v. Prime Legal Plans LLC, et al, Case No. 12-cv-61872 - Scola/Snow (the "Lawsuit"). On October 11, 2012, the TRO was converted to a Preliminary Injunction, and pursuant to those court orders I was appointed as Receiver of the Prime Entities. I have already closed down those businesses and am determining the best method to try and recover damages suffered by consumers such as you, at the hands of the Prime Entities. To review relevant filings in the Lawsuit, please go to www.primelegalreceivership.com. I presume you sought mortgage assistance relief services from the Prime Entities because you were concerned about making your mortgage payments and/or losing your home. The Prime Entities offered to help you and in exchange, you agreed to pay them a certain amount per month, most likely $595 or $750. To the extent that the Prime Entities were providing you with services and products to allegedly help you protect your home, they will no longer be doing so. This letter is to explain some of the issues arising out of the receivership and the shutdown of the Prime Entities. Please know my job is to help consumers victimized by the Prime Entities, and I take this responsibility very seriously. However, please be patient, because it will take time to resolve this matter, to fully understand what occurred, and to take the legal action necessary to recover money for you. Payments to the Prime EntitiesFirst, your payments to the Prime Entities are no longer being processed by Meracord. If Meracord has processed any of your payments since September 27, 2012, please send to me by mail, all documents which show Meracord took this action, including proof of debits to your bank account. Since the shutdown, I have received some personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders that were sent directly to the Prime Entities. I have not and will not process these payments. Instead, I am returning them to whichever consumers sent the funds to the Prime Entities, and which I have now recovered. Your HomeAssuming you are still living in your home and need legal assistance, the Prime Entities are not and will not take any action on your behalf to attempt to save your home from foreclosure. I urge you to assess your present circumstances and especially if you are presently in litigation with your lender, to consult with an attorney, if you do not already have counsel. If you have been assigned an attorney through the Prime Entities, and you know how to reach that attorney, and you feel comfortable with that attorney, feel free to contact that attorney if you so choose. The attorney-client relationship is important and it is your relationship. While I will not and cannot intervene in your choice of a lawyer, I very strongly believe that almost always, if you are in litigation, you are best served if your lawyer regularly practices law in the county where you live. If you are using a Prime Entities lawyer, you may be asked to pay that attorney directly for legal services rendered, because the Prime Entities (or Meracord) are no longer paying that attorney. That is an issue between your attorney and you. Also, again, I will be communicating with you through a website set up for the receivership, www.primelegalreceivership.com and then, also by e-mail. Please check this website often for additional information on the status of the Lawsuit, and any other relevant updates. Thank you for your patience. Sincerely, Berger Singerman LLP Charles H. I am going to reply to this message indicating that the attorney who was assigned to me at Litvin Law Office in Brooklyn, NY is not returning my phone calls. The deduction here is that they were involved in the fraud.

After not getting any answers from the person(s) that were assigned to me through Prime Access Management, I contacted Mr. Singerman's office and was told someone would call me back over a month ago.

I haven't received a call, or heard anything.

I'm anxious to resolve this matter since I've been pending disability for two years, and $595.00 is alot to me. This really put me in a really bad place.

I do not know if this is fraud or not. I will be calling the FBI this week.

However, I received a letter from my credit card company telling me that my money had been refunded for this charge.

The thing I found strange about the email from the "receiver" is there was no phone number or address, just a link to a website.

Did you file a report with your local FBI Mortgage Fraud Squad?

Scammed me...shame on me.

10-12-12 **** I was happy to find this information. I just signed up with Prime Access Management on 09-25-12. I am now just finding out that they are actually Beneficial Finance. I did a trace by one of the phone numbers I have. 1-86*-261-****. That led me to this site. I was "recruited" by a Mr. Chris Warner from Home Owner Rescue Mission. He is not returning my phone calls. 1-95*-840-****. My contact at Prime Management contacts are: Ms. Monica Cruz, 1-86*-206-****, m.cruz@***.com & Mr. Oliver Andrew, Mgr., 1-86*-484-****. None of these numbers are answered. The phone just keeps ringing. I contacted the law firm I was supposed to work through on 10-10-12. I was told that the attorney would call me back within 24 hrs. It has now been 48 hrs. Litvin Law Firm,PC. 1716 Coney Island Ave., Ste. 5r, Brooklyn, NY 11230. Their local phone nbr is 1-71*-336-****. Mr. Seymour Jordan, is supposed to be my attorney, 1-87*-829-****. When I researched this firm, I found they were located in NYC. I have received one letter from them. I am to have received a 2nd packet with the "cease & desist" paperwork for my mortgage holder. To date, I have received nothing beyond the initial letter. I did speak to Mr. Jordan on 09-21-12. He accepted my case via telephone. I made the first payment of $595.00 on 09/25/12. Fortunately, I put this on a credit card. I will be contacting them today and will challenge the charge. I began to have suspicions when on 10-01-12 I received the package from Prime Access with the limited power of attorney form in it. I had questions about the form. When I attempted to call them on 10-02-12, no one was answering the phones. I have called repeatedly since then, and no one is answering. When I contacted Mr. Warner of Home Owner Mission Rescue, he told me that Prime Access was having major technical issues. At this point, I felt that this was beginning to smell like a rotten egg. The action I am planning is to call the credit card company and explain the situation, and ask them to challenge the charge. Next, I will contact the Colorado State's Attorney office and file a complaint with them. Next is to contact the FBI as this is an interstate situation. And then contact my local District Attorney. I Hope this may be of assistance to anyone out there. One person is wanting to file a class action suit. I am interested in getting involved. I can be found at golden_edragon@***.com. There are too many *** bags out there these days, and I am fed up with being victimized. Crooks invariably slip up. The one number they should not have given me was the one I listed above. That led me directly to this website. :-) Also, the numbers for Prime Legal are the same ones for Prime Access Management and they are not being answered, and have not been answered for 2 weeks.
