Poor merchandising standards
I was in the Abby centre branch of Primark in Belfast yesterday 27th April. I was going to purchase my holliday clothing and had a budget of around £250. I was totally astounded at the poor standards in store. It looked like a jumble sale. Nothing was in order and many items were scattered over the floor and piled in a mess on the display fixtures. I have taken photographs but dont know how to upload them on here. I was so dissatisfied that I never bought anything. I ended up going to Dunnes stores in the same shopping centre and spent my hard earned and saved up money there instead.

Ive just come home from primark in Basildon and brought a number of items , the cashier has not put the quilt set that I brought in the bag, clearly too just talking to her colleague, I had a few bags of shopping so didnt realise until I got home .. not happy ! I was gifted ladies pyjamas for Xmas, unfortunately they were too large, Primark refused to let me swop even though the pyjamas were still in original package and unopened, I'm very dissapointed with Primark.

An item purchased at the Primark Store
I would like to make a complaint about an item purchased at The Primark Store, St. Anns Road, St. Anns Mall, Harrow-on-the-Hill, London, between 1-10 November 2021. I purchased a Ladies Brown Leather Belt(SM), priced £8.00p. Within a week, i threw away the receipt, because, i wanted to keep the item. The belt was weighty and, it can bruise any part of your body. On Sunday 14 November 2021, i returned the item back to the store for a refund. A short explanation was given to the retail assistant at the till point. She did not accept it, without a purchase receipt. An email message was sent to the Primark customer services section. The assistant was unable to help me. Would you be able to assist me or not?
User's recommendation: I would recommend that items purchased from the store must be checked by the customer, before, purchasing.
