Dissatisfaction with food and service

Today, I ate at the restaurant located at the Grove City Outlets. Both the meal and the service were lacking.
The Reuben sandwich was a smashed mess with the bottom piece of bread useless. The meat had no taste, overpowered by the large amount of slaw. We were there for about an hour and a half, and the server had to be called in order to get a refill on drinks.
I had not been at Primanti's in many years and doubt that I will go again. I've had much better Reuben sandwiches and service elsewhere.

Terrible fries and no response from the store or the pissed off web site in a timely basis.I wont ever go to any Primanti restaurants.

The fries were horrible.They came out extremely salty and brown.The fryer oil needed changed.Complained but no manager came around.

Bought a sandwich for pick up. Was there at the 20mins they told me to be. I literally live 3mins away from the restaurant and my sandwich was cold!
