Feel Ripped Off
Purchased a "personalized program" that was not personal by any means and quite frankly did not deliver results as promised in any way shape or form. Always an excuse as to why things were missed/errors made and info missing or late.
Do not waste your hard earn $$. I ended up gaining weight in the process being told to "trust the process". I honestly believe she took all this on to make a quick buck ( she was overwhelmed with requests) for her upcoming wedding and wedding dress - which by the way many people donated to help her purchase the dress of her dreams. While i didn't contribute directly to the link to help pay for her dress - I did buy her services - which I feel were just her way of generating a quick buck to pay for who knows what.
then she left many people hanging including many of us who pre-ordered her book.....which has yet to arrive as promised.
SCAM ARTIST…BUYER BEWARE
I stumbled across Dee Phipps Solheims FB group Primalgenix. After a few private messages i paid her in full $300.00 for 24 custom menus and then about $25.00 for a book she ws taking preorders.
I received 6 menus in total and no book. the menus i am told are plagiarized off others recipes. It was delay after delay. She closed her Facebook group, blocked me and does not respond to emails.
Her actual degrees are in questions as the school she listed as graduating from is so new they in student affairs said they don't yet have a graduating class. She is a fraud and a *** artist and i have notified the local authorities. I know i wont get my $ back, but hope it helps others not get scammed. She says the book she wrote and took preorders and $ for were mailed January 6th.
Funny not one single person received one!

PrimalGenix - Sucked In!
Big promises! No delivery!
Dee Phipps Solheim who "apparently" is highly qualified has failed big time to deliver on her promises. Pre-ordered book to be delivered in November - fail! After contacting her I was told there had been a delay at the publishers end and it would be end December - fail! After contacting her again I was advised that even though she had my book she would not send it but instead would refund my money - why?
If the book was real why not just send it! Still waiting on my refund and I highly doubt I will ever see it?
I feel I'm lucky I've only been ripped of $45AUD - many women are out of pocket for much more after having purchased meals plans that didn't eventuate and those that did it has since been discovered some appear to have been copied and pasted from free websites! Beware this woman - her websites are gone and she appears to have gone into hiding but I believe she will appear again and continue sucking people in.

Promised a book and didn't deliver and no refund.
She led a lot of people on about what a expert she was on the Keto diet and the success she had with herself and others. She stated she had a book being published.
Promised a signed advance copy. Took our money in advance. When it came time to deliver it was one excuse after another. No book and no refund.
There should be a law against such things. It just isn't right. Do NOT give your hard earned money to Dee Solheim of Primalgenix. She cheated/stole lots of money from lots of people.
Beware of people you meet on Facebook!!

Just like the others, I paid for a macros as well as a month of coaching - took nearly 10 weeks to get my macros. Seriously? I cancelled the coaching and managed to get a refund - after much persistence!!!!
I also "pre-ordered" the book and paid for international shipping. The book has never arrived, the FB group and webpage is GONE. No word from Dee, zero communication and it's too late (time wise) to file a PayPal dispute :(
BTW "Dee Solheim" as in primalgenix Dee is on FB - message her! I did and now I am awaiting a response

Dee Phipps Solheim created this group in order to help women on the ketogenic diet. What actually happened is that she preyed and profited from our desperation.
She certainly came accross as being knowledgeable, but unfortunately she was also unscrupulous. She was aware that I'd suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage and was unemployed. Yet I made 3 payments to her via Paypal to her "Saving Grace Enterprises" account: One for a webinar recording I never had $10, another for a signed book plus P&P for the UK $39.99, and finally $10 towards her wedding dress! This is a total of $59.99 which you could argue is hardly a huge amount.
But it's money I can't afford to lose. It's despicable behaviour. Of course it's been too long now for Paypal to reimburse us.
I emailed her 12 hours ago requesting my money back, and I'm still waiting for an answer. I'm not one for seeking revenge but this lady needs to be made accountable for what she's done.

Ripped off
The "ND" boasts she has several degrees in nutrition and science …. i paid for 2 months of keto/lowcarb meal plans and i only received the first month's worth.
was never refunded my money of $50. other clients have gotten scammed out of much more money. Since clients have started complaining- the "company" has removed all social media and websites. There was even a promised book- which many people preordered only to be left with nothing.
Warning:they are good at what they do, do not do it.
There are keto free meal plans and macro calculations online. Reddit is legit and also ruled.me
Preferred solution: Full refund

I think I was the luckier one (if such a thing). My experience happened last summer.
I think it was before she started ripping off everyone. I bought her pre-sale book at the same time as I bought one of the plans. She played the same with me--telling me she would send the plan later in the afternoon, the next day, etc. etc.
I finally asked for a refund. She gave me a refund on the book but not the plan. I have her email saying she would refund me for both. That is why I'm the luckier one perhaps...I did get a refund on the book and I was only out $100 on the plan (bought it on sale).
There is a lady that was ripped off $300. :( http://www.pinterest.com/pin/485551****495831/?utm_campaign=commentthread&e_t=c20cf7375d4348eab6c6158c736f2a8a&utm_content=485551****495831&utm_source=31&e_t_s=cta&utm_medium=2013
Bought a book, was never delivered, company has disappeared
Like many other people, I got scammed by Dee Phipps Solheim - luckily I only invested in a book and am out about $28. But she has completely disappeared, all of my e-mail attempts have bounced back, no website, no Facebook, nothing...
And PayPal hasn't even responded to my complaint yet.
I would like to know if anyone has been able to get a refund from her, though it seems that she has been funding her wedding and other personal things without regard for her customers. Be careful of Dee - she does NOT deliver on what she promises, always had excuses for her disappearances and delays (that were carefully crafted so everyone else felt guilty), and the book is only one of the scams!
Preferred solution: Full refund
Primalgenix - Book Review from Newmarket, Ontario
I was a member of Dee's FB group. I ordered her alleged book and paid $25.00 and never received the book.
When I messaged her asking about it she said she would refund my money and then she blocked me from her group and shut down her FB account and other personal email accounts. She never refunded my money and I never received the book that was supposed to arrive in November 2014.
I have since learned I am not the only one who paid Dee for something they never received. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Problems with PrimalGenix
I purchased the $147 plan. It was said I would be purchasing a specialized, personalized plan.
It definitely was a stock program. I would like to see the others that paid her for a personal plan and compare. I don't think it's right to do this. Also, She continued to say she sent the plan (she already had the money) but she didn't.
Finally she sent it but it was weeks later. It has a lot of pretty graphs and filler pages but nothing special. She has a new book coming out the will probably have the same.
I do not recommend spending the money. I feel I threw every penny away.

Please be cautious. I dislike leaving negative reviews but this one is concerning.
Spend your money with proven Keto and low carb experts. All of her plans that cost $147 (and up) can pretty much be found free online including the macros. You can figure your own calculations (just google keto macro calculations). Reddit is an excellent resource.
Ruled.me is an outstanding resource too. (I'm not connected to them). There are proven experts. Primalgenix is not one of them.
Be skeptical. After you pay her money, it all goes downhill--one of the worst experiences I've had with a service company.
Nutrition Plan Review
I'm not even sure where to begin. Degrees that do not exist as they have recently been inquired about.
A wedding that we all feel never happened, and months later is over. Dress money. Book money. Meal plans.
Macros.
Play the wait game and still get little but excuses. Complaints have been lodged.
