Terrible customer service and no integrity
I introduced PrideStaff to one of my clients to fill a full charge bookkeeper position. I was not looking for any referral fees or any benefits for the introduction, just wanted to fill a vacant position.
The first thing they tried to do is to bypass me and deal with the client. They then started sending resumes for candidates, who were not a good fit for the requirements. All along they wanted to increase the salary we were offering even though they thought it was adequate before we hired them. Finally when they had nothing to show for, they sent a rude email bad mouthing me to my client.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They have nothing to offer, misrepresent what they can do AND they go around blaming for their incompetence with no hesitation to maintain integrity.
