Wait, I am not pissed! I just want to talk to someone about a re-order!

I previously wrote a terrible review about Pridebites regarding a personalized placemat I had ordered for my daughter's (for her dog). The first one I received was completely wrong.

It had no personalization at all. I contacted pridebites to find out what happened. It took a long while for them to contact me back but they were very helpful in getting my hopes up for fixing the issue. Well, several weeks went by and I never received the new placemat.

I called and emailed pridebites again numerous times to no avail. I was so unhappy. That's when I gave them a terrible review here. Well, I finally received the placemat today!!

I'm so happy it finally arrived. Honestly, I don't think it's all that cute, but my daughter seems to like it. Or she's just being nice.

However, Abby loves it! Lol I'm just so glad this case is closed!!

I ordered a toy basket for my two dogs. Instead of arriving in 2-3 weeks, it took 7 weeks.

Every email I wrote asking about delivery was answered by saying they had more business than anticipated and were running behind.

Well, the supposed basket arrived today. I wish I had cancelled the order weeks ago when it didn’t arrive on time.

It looks flimsy, cheap and will likely last a very short amount of time, I’ll just go back to keeping my pups toys in a plastic basket I bought years ago.

I wanted something cute and novel, I threw away $27. Learn this lesson from me, they make really junky items.

I ordered a personalized placemat. I paid over $35 for it.

It came just plain. It was supposed to have my dogs name and photo printed on it. I called them, emailed them and it took several weeks for them to get back to me. I finally heard from Steve.

He said he would make it right. He took the information from me and said he would fast track it. Well, here I am several more weeks later and still no placemat. I've called and emailed again with no luck.

This is very disappointing. I ordered this placemat in September for my daughter's bday present. Then when it didn't come in I thought I'd just guve it as a Christmas present.

Well, again, no luck!! Maybe it'll be here before her NEXT BIRTHDAY!!??

I pay for my custom made scrub top then wait two months call numerous times then finally got a call it was their mistake and as a courtesy for their screw up they were still going to send it to me after the refund so I guess that was another lie. Terrible business and customer service

I bought a collar for my dog the 27th of June and it's now the 10th of August and still no collar. I have been checking the progress of the collar and it has not changed from being design since the beginning of July.

Have sent multiple emails and only two responds back saying that they are working hard but no time frame when they'll send it. I have requested to get my money back but keep getting no response back.

Super bad customer service. I did get an email early this month from the CEO about being behind, but that should be no excuse.

It took over a month and a half to receive a plain dog collar with just name and phone # on their pre-designed collar. No graphics or special design.

Ended up with a collar with NO name or phone #. I could have bought a plain collar at my local grocery store. Emailed Pridebites twice in the past 7 days with photo and no response. I was requesting to return blank collar for the one I ordered.

Bad customer service and so disappointed. Wasted more time on this than the product was worth.

I order a blanket and a placemat custom made back in late oc early November and still have not got for Christmas I’m hoping it comes today but the person said it was in the wharehouse on the 15 and it would take 2 to 3 days to get here. I tried calling no one to speak to all messages I traded with this company now for 2 years when you could call and speak to them but once they hit sharktake everything change not better worse the man was texting me that there demand is high like they can’t keep hire more people or u will loose custumers you have

Ordered two coats for our dogs. We only wanted their names on the coats.

Vendor claims 3-4 weeks for delivery. Well we ordered these on November 24th. It is now January 3rd. I have written several emails and its always the same answer- they'll be mailing it NEXT week.

What the *** kind of business is this? Apparently not a very reputable one. I've decided if we don't receive the coats by weeks end- I will file for a full refund.

I will not be purchasing from them again. By the time the darned coats get here, at this rate, it will be spring.

Ordered one lousy collar on June 28. Nothing elaborate that requires artwork - just text with a pre-approved font.

One word. My dog's name. Got an email with a video of the CEO apologizing for not filling orders, on August 2. Apparently I'm not the only one who hasn't received their order.

(Supposed to take 3-4 weeks - we're going on 6 weeks now. For one collar with one word, no picture, no artwork.) In the past week, I've sent 3 emails and 3 Facebook messages inquiring about my one little collar. No reply.

Filed a BBB complaint. Judging from their Facebook page, I'm not the only one with this problem.

It is now 3 months without my order. They have stopped responding to me.

They delete reviews you leave that don't give them positive feedback from their site.

*** Don't do business with a company that can not provide their products for a quarter of the year. Amazon 2 days guaranteed.

I ordered this coat and was highly disappointed once I received it. The coat was extremely large underneath; however, it did fit from head to tail on the top.

As you can see from the picture the coat is to my dog's private area. And every time he pees he pees inside the coat. After providing him with three pictures per their request. It has now been 96 hours and I have not heard back from them.

Even though they said it would take 24 to 48 hours to respond back to your email. There is no number to call the only contact is via email. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There is no one you can physically talk to and there's no contact information other than an email.

Word of advice, if a company does not have a person you can physically talk to do not order from them.

The advertised that they were on Shark Tank. It is obvious they did not get anyone support.

It's been 5 weeks since I've placed my order with Pridebites for a custom toy basket. I have yet to receive the product I've paid for.

On their website they state to allow 3-4 weeks for production of your custom order. After 4 weeks of waiting and not receiving any communication about the progress of my order, I emailed them. That was last Friday. That evening, someone replied to my email stating that they would find out what's going on with my order and will get back to me ASAP.

It's now Tuesday and I haven't heard back from anyone. I sent a follow up email this morning but haven't received a response yet. Very poor customer service. Like the previous reviewer, I also ordered the custom drawing option.

I'm now worried that it will be of poor quality, too. Based on my experience so far I would not recommend Pridebites to anyone.

I watch shark tank and often buy items I think are worthwhile, some are shark winners some are products no shark buys but I like. This product was a two shark buy but a BIG DISAPPOINTENT when I ordered it and bigger disappointment when it arrived.

First I ordered a personalized pet Matt that was supposed to be "art" work... meaning a drawing that was embroidered onto a product. That is what was shown on shark tank and promised on the website. That is NOT what arrived.

Not only was the product low quality and not as promised it took way too long to arrive the production time was way over what was promised on the website but we were willing to wait because they were new to the Shark Tank. We gave them the benefit of being swamped with orders because it was supposed to be an artist rendering of our dog. We waited with anticipation. There was only one email stating there was a delay.

NEVER did we get a hint that the product was not going to be "art" work but a bad photo rendering. Argh, if I wanted a bad photo rendering stitched on a Matt I could have gone to any photo company that would have done a better job. Geez at least let the customer know you have changed the product from REAL ART to just photo placement. Whatever...

We were planning on purchasing many other items and showing them off on social media but now we are just disappointed. Bad buy for the Sharks. Teach these idiots that you need to tell the consumer when you decide you can't deliver an as promised "as seen on TV" product.

As they say in advertising I can sell you a can of soup once but if it doesn't taste good I can't sell it again. Pridebites.com shame on you for not delivering what you showed and not letting the consumer know you were changing the product.
