Up to yesterday I was ready to cancel my contract ,took,2 weeks for a new water heater to be installed,first took a week for someone to come out and tell me needed new heater than my appt was changed

Be installed,took 1 week for the technician to tell me needed new one than my appt for a week later was changed 3 xs.but then Anthony showed up and did an awesome job,Pride should hire more people like him,thankyou Anthony you made my day.

I had 3 visits on my air conditioner last week. A young man named Leslie was sent on the 3rd day to do a special test on it.

All your service men are always very pleasant

I must tell you that the technician Leslie was extremely pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked all day and I was very lucky to have him here !,!!

Chris. Truck # 44 May 25 2017 Driver was driving reckless in our 55 older community while texting on his phone.

When he stopped and got out of the truck I asked him if he noticed that he almost hit a resident with the truck. He swore several obcenitues and walked away.

One day later I again have to leave my home with my very ill husband

Because my home is an inferno. No one can come until Tuesday. I called the emergency number, told them there is a medical letter on file for my husband. They couldn't care less. My Unit was purchased

Thru Pride. I was told everything has been repaired. Why does a new unit have to be repaired so often??? I believe what I am going thru is

Unacceptable!!! The fact that it is a Holiday is no excuse. I believe

This unit is a Lemon, and should be replaced. Thank you for listening

Pride AC should not have any Pride in replacing good fuses with new ones so they can charge me $125.

Pride AC said it would cost $60 to access my problem and if I opted to have the work done, would not charge that fee. The service man comes, finds I have a faulty box and one fuse was bad, the other good.

He said, have them do the repairs and I would be get the 60 back and even maybe the whole amount. I call to have the work done and they say, no refundable fee, the new work is what it is. Nothing taken off. I asked why the service man took my good fuse and charged me $125 for 2 fuses when only one was bad.

They said, no prblem, come to our office and you can pickup your old fuse.

What a joke. Don't take Pride in Pride, they will take you to the cleaners

Failure to show up for a water leak

Pride A/C & Appliance Service of Pompano Beach was contacted at 8:58AM due to a a/c water leak from a unit under their service contract which was repaired by them 6/23/10. I was told a service tech would be there between 9am & 1:00.

By 1:40 - No one showed up. No calls from the company. I've been on hold for over 24 minutes waiting for a supervisor & now they say someone will show up within an hour. The only calls I have are from the lady downstairs & her lawyer will be next.
