Well looks like PriceVirtue won. I never got a refund and now when you try to find them on the internet, the link goes to GoDaddy.com.

So what actions can one take now?

Think i\'m just assed out of my money. Yes, i\'m pissed!!

I have the same problem with this horrible company. Waited the max 14 days for economy shipping, never reicieved the package. Sent and email stating this, they said I they'd expite the item, still never came. Finally got the item about one month after I ordered it, after I sent an email stating I just wanted a refund and to forget it, they said send the item back after I get it and they would issue a full refund once they recieve it, still not refund. PRICEVIRTUE IS A SCAM WEBSITE WITH HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICESES AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Oh yeah, still haven't gotten a refund.

PriceVirtue.com has failed to deliver my items or refund my money

Before Christmas I ordered 2 books through PriceVirtue.com. When after 2 and half weeks they did not come I emailed them to find out what happened. They stated the order was shipped and would be there that week. It never came. Over a month later and numerous emails I received half my order. They have failed to respond as to where the other half is. I have asked them to call me. The phone number they have listed on the website goes to an unanswered answering machine. What a nightmare. I will never order from this company again. I have now asked for an address so can complain to Better Business Bureau and they will not respond that email either.

I too have tried to contact this company and they do not respond to email or answer their phone. Very bad business practice. Buyers beware!

Pricevirtue.com can't deliver on time

I placed an order with them on 10/26 and read that economy shipping would take 7-14 business days, I was fine with that. On day 15 I emailed that I had not received the item and that if I didn't receive it on the next business day that I was going to refuse the package and dispute the charge with my bank. I received a very hostile email back and that "since I threatened to dispute the charge they were stopping the shipment" As a consumer I don't feel that disputing a charge because the company can't meet their own delivery deadline is out of order. There are many companies out there that runs scams and I feel that I was protecting myself. Then, within the next minute I received another e-mail stating they refunded me, guess I will have to wait another 3-5 days to see if that actually happens. I think this company is a scam and will never order from them again.

I am going through the same thing now. It's been over a month. I have emailed several times, left several messages, and have heard nothing back.

Ditto here. They, after a month, sent me half my order via a gift receipt from Amazon.

I don't think this even a real company. I have never had such a bad experiance.

Same story here, I ordered Jan 2nd and here it is Feb 1 and still no product. I also tried calling and left 3 separate voice mails.

I finally recieved a reply via email- the same email mentioned- they will track order and expedite the shipment....2 weeks and still no shipment. I have asked for a refund and I haven't received a reply yet.

DON'T do business with this company! I tried to file with the BBB, but I need an address for them and I can't seem to find one.

Seems like the same story over and over again. I only see one person that actually received a shipment! Really poor excuse for an online retailer!!

I ordered on 8 DEC 2011, item never came. On 4 JAN contacted them was told they would look into it and get back to me and would resend if necessary, with expedited shipping.

They never did, I contacted them again on the 12 JAN and asked to cancel it. on 19 JAN they said they requested a refund. On 27 JAN I asked about the refund and they said the item had been delivered.

I hate to think about returning the item, if it is delivered! Don't do businees with them!

I asked where my shipment was an received the same rude email about the 14 business day wait, plus the additional 2 for handling. Of course, they didn't meet the deadline they so rudely pointed out in their email so I just cancelled my order with my credit card company.

Follow up to my early post. Since my Credit Card dispute was reported I was able to get my items shipped.

When I received the items it appears that they were sent as a gift through Amazon. Needless to say I finally got my items!

I am dealing with them as well. I placed an order in November and did not receive it.

When I emailed their CS, because they never answer their phones, they stated that I still had to wait the 14 business days. I waited and got nothing.

Since then I have disputed the charge, they have emailed me saying a new item was shipped and to arrive soon. And that I should get rid of my dispute or they would be taking further action.
