Crushed items
No response from the company. Many attempts at contact and many complaints filed but not a word from this bad shop.
Ordered a couple of vapes. Arrived fast but vape boxes were crushed and one vape had top half pushed off.
They claim great service and products to arrive in perfect condition. SO WRONG ! Contacted them and took days for a response. They asked me to check if vapes were working.
But these were to be gifts for an elderly person so boxes should be nice, Right? Emailed them back and I have been ignored ever since. No replacements or returns.
Horrible company service and customer support. Take your chances with these people.Take your chances.
