Jaded and misinformed
Im unhappy with this company as I paid them 1200 dollars to arrange my move with a 3rd party trucking firm. The third party trucking firm would only accept their fee through PayPal.
Though I offered other options for payment, he would not accept these options and did not pick up my household items.
When contacting Priceline, I was told that I did not honor the contract for moving. I explained my reasons for not opening a PayPal account in the interest of my credit security.
The Priceline employee refused to refund my fee though my items were never delivered. Priceline refused to discuss the matter further.

These people are *** and I genuinely mean that. They are liars and professional thieves.
I have absolutely no idea how they are legally allowed to continue to operate. Nothing they tell you is true. They will complete lie to you about pricing take your deposit money and then show up and requote 4x higher you when you have no choice because it's literally your moving day. Avoid this company at all cost!!
They have horrendous reviews by the better business bureau for exactly what I described and need to be closed down immediately!

NO RESOLVE AFTER 35 DAYS. A 104 YEAR OLD WOMAN ON HOSPICE, IS STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY OF HER MOST PRECIOUS FURNITINGS AND MEMORABELIA, WHICH IS ALL SHE HAS LEFT AT THIS END OF LIFE!

Incident Description
Pickup and delivery of personal furniture and items from San Diego, CA to Cottonwood, AZ.
Miscommunication and non-delivery of personal furniture. Non-disclosure of where furniture and personal items are being held. Our mother is 104 years old, in October we had to relocate her into Assisted Living in AZ. She arrived in AZ on October 28th.
We were first told that Expedite Authority could do same or next day delivery, then they couldn't even pick up her furniture and personal items until the 30th,we were never notified at time of pick up when the delivery would be made and kept calling them repeatedly to get that information. Then we could not get through by phone and had others call on our behalf with the same poor results. Meanwhile our 104 year old Mother has been left sitting in a half furnished apartment with unfamiliar furnishings, creating such anxiety she has needed an anti-anxiety med to get her through the days, constantly asking when her furniture will arrive and stating she could be dead before she ever sees it again. The company just keeps repeating that we will be called when the furniture is in route...
that happened once about 2 weeks back and they never notified us the driver had been rerouted and they didn't know when her things could be delivered.
The only other thing they told us is that her things are in a warehouse somewhere in California but won't disclose where or who to contact to make alternate arrangements. My Mom truly may not live to ever see her beautiful antiques and memorabilia of her life, more comforting memories than physical items at this end of life.

I scheduled a move with Priceline Logistics LLC on November 22nd, and I Paid a hefty deposit. Thomas the representative I spoke with said that I would receive a call with-in 24hrs from one of his team members, Mitch or Billy, and they would finalize the scheduled moving details with me.
I watched and waited for the Call that Never came. So, giving this company the benefit of a doubt, I waited a few more days. Still No Call. Then I called Thomas back and asked him what's going on.?
He said (his time frame changed) that they had 24 -72 hrs to finalize the move, and so I should continue to wait for The Call....
By now it is the day before my move, Still no call. At this point, I believe I've been scammed.
I've learned an expensive lesson and that is in the future before I make arrangements with any business that I'm not familiar with I will always check them out with the BBB.
Priceline Logistics receives from the BBB the lowest rating they can give. They gave them an F.
My advice to anyone looking for a moving company, don't even consider Priceline.
Their business practices are very poor and shady. They do not communicate with you, and they do not keep their words.
Save yourself from stress and getting ripped off.
It's not even possible in my opinion to give Priceline Logistics Any Star Ratings.

Cancel my move.
I need to cancel my move pickup. Wifes job offer was rescinded and we are not moving. I need my deposit refunded.

When I gave you our business, you told me that we should expect delivery of the load 7 - 10 days after pick up.
It has been 47 days and no call from anyone!
After approximately 20 calls to Logistics, leaving 4 messages, got my calls answered ONCE. I asked for a delivery date and was told then, that it can take up to 30 days for it to arrive at my mother's apartment.
I was told then that it was about to leave CA and the mover will be calling me to give me a delivery time as once it gets on the truck and leaves it takes 3 - 5 days. She said she would call me by 5 that day to tell me when it was coming or if it had left CA. I never got that callback. That was about 2+ weeks ago.
My mother called last week and was told once someone did answer, she was told she would get a call back with an update on the delivery day.
Of course no callback. She has since called 10+ times with no answer.
We have had to spend lots of money to buy many new items we already have because of the delay.

LOW BALL ESTIMATES THEN INCREASE DURING PICKUP
Went over details in full, with pictures and box sizes. On pickup a 3rd party non descript company looking to double the pricing.
SCAMMERS trying to keep the deposit. And by the way looking for cash.
DON'T USE THEM. THEY REALLY SHOULD BE RATED ZERO OR NEGATIVE

When you call they say so many people are calling so they call you back. Red flag there alone you have all your customers calling because they are scammers the automatic machine give you a time on how long it will be and says you won't loose your place in line however I got off work at 5 pm and it was a 4 hour wait and I lost my place everytime.
I called at 8 it was a 6 hour call back time.
Its 2 am and now a 8 hour call back and my spot wasn't held so all lies miss court, birthday went to *** all for bad service. I stop using priceline when I got stuck in an airport for two nights because they don't like to help the people supporting them and there prices aren't that much better if the price is decent you'll be flying forb2 days not worth it

Priceline Logistics along with Green Van Lines in Garfield, New Jersey coordinated a "bait and switch" scam to rob me and my family of EIGHT by holding our belongings hostage until I paid. Long story short: a $2,000 moving job ended up costing me over $3,000!!!
AND they didn't move everything! I had to rent a u-haul truck the next day to complete the move!!!
