Pricebreak - Shipping Service Review

They will send you a fake tracking number delivered on your same state, but different city. They were probably hoping their scam will slide through and buyers won't complain since after 35 days of not saying/reporting anything, that will remove your eBay buyer protection! Nice scheme! If you do complain, message them a million times and don't hear anything from them. Try calling them and ask for a refund, they will tell you that they will ship the item to you and you will get the "right tracking number". Wait for a couple of days and 'Voila!' you will get a totally different phone that is not as described from their item description. Bought a new phone for the price of $216.99. Expect to get a cheaper version of it in a *** packaging, opened and destroyed box. Besides that you'll see that the plastic protector of the phone itself looks like it has been taped by a 2-year old! Try and report the transaction to eBay they will favor this fakers because they gave the "right tracking number"! Probably other people had a better experience than me with this company, but you will see from others who also gave them a negative feedback that they had the same experience! WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE HERE ON eBay WITH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SELLER: pricebreak-deals! THEY WILL REALLY BREAK YOUR DEAL!!! PriceBreak.com / ebay seller: pricebreak-deals whoever sent me that FAKE TRACKING NUMBER AND USED PHONE THAT IS NOT WHAT I BOUGHT, YOU SHOULD BE AWARDED THE MOST DISGRACEFUL PERSON HERE ON EARTH! I want to send you to another planet, but on a second thought, I also wouldn't want to send someone as heartless as you! You should be ashamed of yourself, if you do have one!

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a new Garmin Nuvi 3790LMT GPS. I paid $55 for 2-day shipping - no complaint on time. They sent me a Refurbished unit, which I did not want or order. My invoice does not show a Refurbished unit. I did not ask for my shipping charge back, but I refused to pay for shipping it back. The supervisor of Customer Support said it was against their policy to pay for return shipping. They said that there was a - R next to the product, which their policy says is Refurbished. My invoice did not have a - R, only the packing slip! I have challenged the entire payment, including the shipping charge on my credit card. In 10 years of purchasing online, I have never run into this kind of business practice before. In my opinion it is fraud and therefore I will fight, in court if necessary, to protect myself and others from this reseller.

It is now 11/27 and there has been no response from Pricebreak. I have stopped payment with my credit card company who has given me a refund, but I have not yet returned the merchandise because they still have not wavered in refusing a complete refund.

As soon as they contact me and send me the RMA with return label, I will return the merchandise unopened.

Talk about a horrible erience, this one is it.

Pricebreak.com AVOID at all costs!

Quite simply, here's the story. I ordered a set of replacement electric shaver heads for my neighbor. PriceBreak.com sent the wrong ones...about $30 or so. I returned them at my expense for shipping and insurance...2 weeks later (or so) no reply. I called...kept being put on hold, (I am NOT a yeller!!), called back.... hold...called back...hold...called back...got through and was told they deducted 15% restocking fee (THEY sent wrong item) and I was out shipping costs both ways. Refunded about $20 to my credit card. I complained. Had I not called, they would have not refunded the 15% restocking fee nor my shipping (which I am waiting for). I am still out about $4 for return shipping and insurance, as they only refunded about $20+. I assume they will update that after today's conversation. By the way, they told me that the item they sent was the same item, new replacement number 56 instead of 55. NOT SO. This company, in my opinion, makes its money on inflated shipping, restocking fees and expects that people will just give up. DO NOT BUY from Pricebreak.com. Avoid the hassle.
