I just want to complain regarding Quality Inn.
I tried calling Quality Inn to know if I could wait in the lobby until my room was ready and the gentleman that answered the phone was rude all along. He said youre not waiting in my hotel for longer than 5 minutes. He said if you dont like it Im canceling your reservation #749-***-***-** right now, My name is Edaena Alvarado, what should I do??
