This site used to be good. It is now a scam.

They get your personal info. Then they screw you out of promised help and rewards.

They use underhanded tactics like blocking you from chats. DO NOT sign up for this.

They never give you your rewards cards

I just recently found this groupby there other name vetsprevail.com I performed there program all the way to the end gathered alot of rewards points that would allow me to get 75 dollar amazon gift card and a 10 dollar amazon gift card I filled to get both cards and for some reason I never received the cards in the 7 days they say you will get them. I reached out to there support team on help resolving this matter and the answer I got was.

"Hello ,

Unfortunately our system identified you as having violated our terms of service and placed a hold on all rewards. If you believe this to be a mistake, or have an explanation for it, please let us know.

Best,

Prevail Team" From a Chas@***.com

I sent back an email asking for clarification because I have never used there program and this was the first I ever heard of them. They have not replied back to me and make no attempt to resolve this matter. I progressed to asking about my situation with the peer coaches on the site and I was actually block from ever chatting with them again and given the suicide hotline as a vet that suffers from PTSD that made me think they don't care and just wanted to use me to get there program going with the VA or sale my information and seem like they where making fun of me. this company will not reply back and they do not have a contact number to get ahold of them I feel like I was lied to and that they are just scamming vets to get info to sale to health companies.

Prevail Health - Lacking customer service and not scam of policies

I signed up for this company to earn points toward gift cards from Amazon. Prevail Health aka vetsprevail and iprevail reads you can earn points if you take the lessons and become a peer/mentor.

What they don't tell you is the people behind the program lack professionalism in solving problems or posting points you have earned to submit for a gift card. Contacting rewards@***h will initiate you being called insulting names by a Jason Henderson that seemingly cannot or will not handle answering questions.

Many users including myself have complained about not receiving points posted to even submit for Amazon gift card. Jason Henderson will not return emails as the rest of the employees.

where the *** did you get a phone number? I have the same issue with the company and they give you the run around or block you in there chat when you ask about the issues you havening with not getting rewards.

I have been trying to get them to send my rewards and all they tell me is that I have multiple accounts and they will not issue rewards. Which I know is false because I never heard of them till I took the program recently.

I feel like they do not give rewards or anything to people that do there program and all they do is just get visits. to there site and use what you say in there communication and sale your info to health companies so they can market stuff to the VA.
