All of the food was COLD
I paid Pretty Southern Catering $1200 upfront to feed 15 guest. I ordered both chicken and beef, and because I had a private chef, I didnt bother getting the guest preferences. My ceremony started at 3:00, the caterers dropped the food and plated it at 1:00. EVERYTHING was COLD!!! The chicken was thick and dry, the beef was chewy and not one of my guest didnt complain about the food. The only good thing I can say, the three fruit charcuterie boards I paid for were good but thats because they were supposed to be cold! I wouldnt recommend this vendor to my worst enemy.
