Someone stole it from my pocket in 501 number bus at2:30 so please transfr money to my new card and close my stolen card.. thanks

Issue with my bus pass

Hi, I am not satisfied with your service, first of all, I paid my presto card by online almost 4 days ago but Still I didnt get any amount on my presto card, secondly I called your customer service but no one attending my call thats too much I am pissed of from your presto company.

I called Presto . I went to Kitchener on December 23, 2023.

I went from Union station via Go train to Bramalee. Then I took Go Bus 30 to Kitchener.Ontario Canada. I did not understand how to tap on and off the system so I was charged twice as a senior. I have still not received a refund on my presto card as the sales rep I spoke to said I would .
