Took my 2015 G550 for Body Work. It was returned with dents in area fixed.

In addition, there were additional damages to my tyruck that were not there prior to going for this service at prestige. I called Stephanie the Body Shop Manager that night. She never responded to this day. Incidentally she is about twenty five years old.

Ritchie Nelson called back telling me to come in the next week for them to re-inspect car. I agreed. Frank Dolan called the next day stating parts were ordered they would take care of it. On my way there 4 days later, Mike Joran Senior Vice President left a message on my voicemail stating he got complaints from his staff of inflamatory comments I made to them and he will have me arrested if I ever return to prestige.

Yes. I said if I were white I would be treated better as a Mike Haller treated me like mud on his shoes a few nights earlier when I presented to pay for repairs. Mr. Joran indicated he would not be paying for anything on my car.

Frank Nolan called the next day changing his tune from paying for damages to just reimbursing me for a Remote Starter previously ordered. I have bought at least 8 cars from Prestige. Sticker Price. No deals from Lying Brandon Monistersky even giving him expensive gifts over the years and when these problems arise he acts as if he doesn't know me.

Do not endure their disrespect just to drive around with a star on your car. Their service and treatment is poor!

my mom and i went to mercedes benz in paramus nj looking to buy a car. i saw this red clk 350 convertible i wanted and this Bassam Abdelmissih guy decided to scam us.

he overcharged our lease and eventually the payment was more than we expected, so we ended up returning the car. this hurt my mothers credit so bad she almost filed for bankruptcy. well, she was thinking about it for a long long time and she is still considering it because those mercedes people keep harassing her. if you live in New jersey and want to buy a mercedes, do NOT get it from Bassam Abdelmissih!!!

i tried calling him several times and he never answered his phone.

we even called the manager of the store and complained about him as well. he is a scammer and should be fired.
