Owner is really rude

Made and appointment 3 day ago and spoke to Chris he asks me to put all m y information on his web site and accord to meet on that Friday in the afternoon. I ok see them. Friday after 2:45pm I receive a call from Chris asking me what I needed. I was surprise because I have talk to him 3 days ago. I ask him are still coming for the quote that we agree on Friday. He was upset apparently because he said to me NO very arrogance, I ask him we talk 3 days ago and we schedule for today in the afternoon. Like before very arrogance and rude he said I never spoke with you and I’m to busy today and before I could say a word, he hangs up the phone. Very rude and arrogance individual. Call the company customer service and they inform me that he was part owner of the company. I guess the other owners should know what is going on and why their reviews are not great wonder WHY!

Preferred solution: Will never call them for a quote amd will make sure everyone I kmow don't call them for services also

Owners responded to concerns. Awaiting resolution.

Want a professional floor or work guarantee? No such thing with this contractor. They do not care about anything but getting your money, even offering discount for cash which I though better of at the last minute. Requested quote which was given over the phone by owner, Chris Adolf. Quote grew by 50% after crew arrival supposedly for extra repair work. Result was poor. Work was poor. When notified, Owner blamed it on the floor. Said he wanted a happy customer and would send Tim to view issues, but no show. One crew said they could not use the large sander and had to hand grind the floor. I now have ground marks and mounds, uneven color, uneven surface, peeling. Oh and the lifetime warranty, can't even get them to respond to view the original poor work product. That week- Monday morning, it took three calls for them to tell me estimated time of arrival; two person crew arrived, with crew lead having concerns about eligibility of the floor; puts me on the line with the owner who informs me I need to pay 50% more additional for floor repair; next day another two person crew arrives; have to tell them all over again what is needed; informed me that floor had to be hand-ground; dust everywhere- did not clean up when they left; skipped next day; Thursday yet another two person crew; again explanation of work and Friday yet another two person configuration to finish work. Four different pairs for one job. Stated that the paint flakes were biodegradable- huh? These are paint chips! Pics cannot capture all. Save yourself the grief!

Been a year and the work they did has only worsened. Never resolved!


They promised to redo a project that they ruined and then renegged on that promise. Poor workmanship and terrible communication.

Would not accept our phone calls, only wanted to email back and forth. They also ruined the sidewalks of our friends.

They had no luck with them in their dispute either. DO NOT USE THEM.

Sounds like the customer is unreasonable


Thought this issue was going to be resolved, unfortunately not so. Filing complaint and claim with State of Maryland until owners decide to do the right thing.
