Very professional and proficient in their legal presentation of the proper court documents. Trish is very friendly and courteous to all her clients and goes the extra step in the preparation of the case paperwork that she submits to the client.

Bankruptcy Filing
I would like to thank Trish for her excellent customer service. Trish completed my bankruptcy paperwork in a timely manner in June 2019.
I made an appointment with an attorney in Orlando, FL to review the documents. The attorney was very impressed with the documents and he stated that was the best work he has seen in years.
I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of bankruptcy, divorce, etc. Prestige Document Services LLC rates are reasonable and worth the money.

Do Not Use
DO NOT USE!!! TRY EXPRESS LEGAL IN MELBOURNE.
I hired Trish because of an add in a local newspaper. My friend worked for that newspaper and recommended her-but she had never used her. My divorce documents were all a mess. She had my husband listed as the Petitioner--but I was the petitioner.
Fortunately when I filed them the clerk caught it and I was able to line through his name and place mine there. The documents she used were totally generic and sloppy. I could have done better myself. There were problems because of certain required docs being left out which I had to find out from the law library clerk who was nice enough to look over my whole packet to help me.
These were standard docs that should have come with the original packet. Because of one document that was missing I was stonewalled by the Judges offices for a couple months because they are not allowed to tell you what is missing. When I tried to contact Trish about questions/and or the errors, she would not talk to me by phone. Only communication was by text or email.
She was downright RUDE to me. Insistent that she made no errors and that I didn't know how to read the docs, and/or that I wasn't clear on what I needed. Didn't want to fix anything or help me in any way.
If you need help with a divorce please use EXPRESS LEGAL in Melbourne!!! I have used them for other court needs and NEVER had a problem!

Took my money and ran!
cynthia Mendoza took my payment for filing papers in family court 8/24 I sent her docs & confirmed receipt. I left several messages- No return call.
She finally answered the phone on 8/29 & said she gave my papers to her assistant She said she wocall follow-up & call me right back. I called several more times since she still hasn't returned my calls.
I sent her emails too.
no response
If you need something as important as is done you want to count on a business with good integrity and follow through. All I got was wasted time.

I am the owner and sole proprietor of Prestige Document Services in Titusville Florida and have never had anyone named Mendoza work for me. This review needs to be corrected to reflect what state this company is in. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY BUSINESS!
Update: never received a refund nor any response from the company. I spent over an hour on hold several times to dispute the charge on my credit card.
The credit card company put me on hold to call the owner to mediate.
Ms Mendoza answered and told the credit card company that she didn't remember if services were rendered or what happened. Even after ms Mendoza received my information and was told I was disputing the charge she still never tried to contact me to resolve the issue.
