I purchased this vehicle last Thursday (8/6/20) from Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep Longmont, CO. The salesperson did a good job finding me what I wanted in Council Bluffs, Iowa which I had looked at it as well online. I thoroughly appreciated seeing what my cost would be on paper which the Council Bluffs dealership did not provide. However, I was told the vehicle would be delivered in 3-5 business days. I contacted the salesperson earlier today for an updated ETA. His response was very disappointing as he told me that the vehicle wouldn't be here until next Wednesday (8/19/20). Honestly, had I known this, I most likely would have just purchase the Gladiator from Council Bluffs and would be driving it as of last Friday. I'm trying to understand that stuff happens and according to the salesperson the reason for the delay is due to the Cornovirus. If true, I should have been forewarned of this possibility to avoid such frustration. I can only assume that since the start of the virus and potentially hindering normal business operations that the dealership has done other transports at this point in time. If delays have happened prior to this one then inform the customer. Or, one must assume that this is the first time this has happened and unfortunate for me and possibly others. Or, it's not true and the virus is just an excuse. When I contacted the salesperson and asked him how long he knew of the delay, he said at least an hour prior to my call. He should have contacted me with the bad news and me contacting him to receive the bad news. Bad news only gets worse with time. Probably not the way it works, but heck, I could've made it to Council Bluffs and picked it up myself faster than depending on your transport system. The dealership would not give me the transport company info to contact them to verify this being the reason for the delay. I'd really like to have it verified for my own personal sanity. I realize that certain things are out of your control and mine as well but this really stinks.

Worst service, no return phone calls, and lies

Don't buy a car from them, stay away.. Worst dearlship to deal with promise you things then they don't delievery it. Bought 2 vechiles from them Van loaded 2013 T&C and 2014 loaded Grand Cherroke Jeep. My service guy was Glen Rochain which was CEO Remey nephew he got fired and all the service went to ***. I was promise lifetime Oil Changes on my Jeep, now that Glen not there they are trying to charge me, getting screwed, along with free rental when my cars are there for servicing. After Glen got fired i attempted to take my vehicles to Prestige worst service there, was going to buy a new car from them too but Lloyd Anderson would never return my 8 phone calls guess he did not want my business. **Took my business elsewhere, traded in my Van 2013 for Jetta 2017 at AutoNation, got the BEST SERVICE from them from start to finish, it was awesome. Now, I'm trying to get my extended warranty money back from Prestige for my T&C 2013 Van been calling them for a week, I think that place does not know what the *** they are doing, get the run around again. If I don't get a call back soon will be forced to file complain with Chrysler and CFPB sick and tired of calling these guys at Prestige over and over. I might ever trade my 2014 Jeep next year just not to deal with Prestige Chrysler at all. They are a horrible for any type of service, don't go there at all.. If you need a Jeep go to Jim Marsh they respect you and return phone calls.
