They bought Insight Pharmaceuticals and no longer make/sell Anacin

AI Highlights
  • - No info on Max Strength or Reg Anacin after Insight's purchase.
  • - The supply could be China-made; Canada or Amazon leftovers possible.

Can get NO information about Max Strength or Reg Anacin product since this company bought Insight, the maker of Anacin. Likely if they bring it back into the supply chain it will be a poor substitute made in China or with cheap import ingredients.

shame. and the call center rep, Charles, knew nothing, and had no one to refer the call to, and there was no phone number he could give out. Worse than useless. One more American quality product down the drain.

Several major drug store chains indicate their suppliers no longer can get Anacin. Maybe available from Canada or leftovers on Amazon.

Dermoplast by Medtech products inc.

AI Highlights
  • - Advertised to contain lanolin; product is alcohol-based.
  • - Not suitable for babies or open sores; change made without notice.
Prestige Brands - Dermoplast by Medtech products inc.

They advertise ON EVERY site that the antibacterial spray contains lanolin when in fact this product was changed to an alcohol base and is NOT good for baby's !!!!!! MUCH LESS on open sores!!!

It was changed without notice and is NOT what they advertise thus FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I even ordered a can through Healthcare express.com which STATES ... quote: Dermoplast® spray is an anesthetic pain relieving aerosol spray that offers a "no-touch" application to the skin and make it easy to get hard to reach areas.

Containing aloe and lanolin, this product also moisturizes the skin while allowing it to heal. All Dermoplast spray products contain the maximum OTC strength allowed of the pain-relieving ingredient Benzocaine

THIS IS FALSE!!!!
