The owner, Michael Gibson, is a dedicated small business owner. He is committed to customer satisfaction and works diligently to meet expectations. I never had to wait for him to return my calls or show up on time. He communicated promptly and arrived as agreed on time and prepared to work as long as it took to complete the job to my specifications.

I have a 6,000 square foot home with cedar shake shingles and a wrap-around porch that surrounds 3 sides of my house. The porch is embellished with carved wood details that are difficult to clean~not every provider chooses to tackle them. Mr. Gibson didn't hesitate to clean each and every one without my even mentioning it.

Pressure Washing Alternatives is now on my list of approved service providers whom I will call annually. It's important to create a personal Angie's List of service providers who exceed expectations. Angies list takes the guess work out of finding providers but it takes continuous customer satisfaction to stay at the top of that list.

Pressure Washing Alternatives does a great job of bringing your home back to life. Michael, the owner always listens to you what you need and is willing to work with you to get it done.

His staff is courteous and hard working and they go the extra mile. I've hired them a couple of times and will continue to do so. It's important to clean your home from the outside in. Once our house was cleaned, we refereed Michael to a few friends and family members and they were equally pleased.

I had my house pressure washed by Michael Lee Gibson at pressure washing alternatives. Right after they washed my house all the paint had green streaks all over it.

He then blamed it on the paint and told me that I have to contact the paint manufacturer to fix the problem. My paint on my house looked grey and had no green streaks before they put green chlorine from Pench a Penny all over it.

I tried to resolve this with Michael Gibson, the President and he trying to make me pay $1200 to paint my house. They did a terrible job.
