WORST CUSTOMER & SUPPORT

THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES "IF ANY" HAVE NO SENSE OF HUMAN CONTACT, 1. IT TAKES 24 HOURS FOR THEM TO ANSWER YOU THROUGH EMAIL, 2. YOU NEVER REACH ANYONE ON THE PHONE, "SO DONT EXPECT ANY REAL TIME HELP" ITS LIKE WORKING WITH BOOTS "YOU DONT KNOW IF ITS A REAL PERSON HELPING YOU WITH ITS ROBOTIC FASION EMAIL REPLYS" I WOULD HAVE RECONSIDERD BUYING THIS PRODUCT IF I HAD KNOWN HOW BAD THIS ISSUE WAS WITH SUPPORT &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; CUSTOMER SERVICE "PEOPLE ITS HORRIBLE" "BY THE WAY, I SENT IN MY MIXER FOR REPAIR AND WAS CHARGED $350, WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS NO MIXER BACK YET????F YOU ARE GREAT WITH?
