Went a few minutes ago to the location in Pine Hills. Worst customer service.

I asked where the food is if they do pastrami sandwiches, and the lady said yes. I proceeded to do the line, which was a very short one, only two customers in front of me. A female employee cut in front of me knowing I was in line and she was not there before me. When the male employee came, I asked him for a sandwich.

He looked at me and said, 'She goes first because she is an employee, and I don't do sandwiches,' with a bad attitude. I said no, I was first; she should have asked me if she could go first, maybe because she was on break, but no, she just stepped in front of me. I walked to the register to ask for the sandwich, and the female employee said, 'You have to wait; I have too much to do for now doing a sandwich.' I just looked at her in silence but was already pissed off. She was serving food with gloves, scratching her head.

She asked the first employee to bring bread and gave it to her with the same bad attitude. When she asked me again with mayo for the ham and cheese, I said I asked for a pastrami, not a ham and cheese. Her answer was, 'Here we don't do pastrami, only ham and cheese.'

I am certified in ServSafe; it was so disgusting to see the employee scratching her head with gloves on and continuing to serve customers.

Customer service is the worst.

So disrespectful.

It was the first time and would be the last time I go there. I will contact the main office because the store is not answering the phone.

Furthermore, after I do paid the packages of breads (Inhave placed them in my shopping cart, and some pastries,) the manager came to where I was talking about with the cashier about, why I can't pay using my EBT CARD, the manager took out from my shopping cart, the items that I already paid with my EBT CARD, and told me that if I want them I have to pay them using CASH. I couldn't believe how this manager with a bad attitude question me about my rights as a client about this unbelievable situation.

SHE , the manager felted that it was alright been treated with lies on purpose about that it is a rule of the company to pay with.cash for products of basic necessity (bread with a printed logo on the package, " President Supermarket". It was disgusting the way that they took out from my shopping cart the products(( that the cashier processed and bagged already , and I helped her before this occurred)to put in the shopping cart) back for them later tell me that "you to make the cash payments".This happened at " President Supermarket" located at 192 (vine St.) and Michigan Ave. Kissimmee,,Florida 34741(4).

I did felt unrescpected, and emotionally, and fiscally abused as a human being for this situation(I did paid already for this products already (after the took out from my cart what they said that I have to pay with cash, I did have only some cash($7 on me that I have to spend for me to take (some bread )for breakfast for my 91 years disabled mother). They should fill ashamed of themselves..

I was told that I could not pay with my EBT card or Food Stamp card some of the Items that I already have in my shopping cart after I already paid with it. I want to emphazied the cashier lady did not tell me about that I cannot paid for the products before I have paid for them already, and she saw me using my EBT Card to pay.

I told the cashier why did not tell me before, I did not saw any signed around the store or beside the products shelves. Furthermore, where they have got warm bread with the logo President Supermarket on there packages . The manager came to where, I was talking with the cashier about this issue, and right way she started telling her Manager about what was happened about the use of using my EBT CARD to paid for products with the label of President Supermarket on it , and others like some pastries that the Manager took out of my shopping cart and other bags of packages of other kinds of bread that I have paid before, stating that if I want to buy them I have to pay with cash , I HAVE TO PAY THEM WITH CASH??? ??'CASH...CASH...CASH???

I ASKED THE MANAGER WHERE IN THE STORE WAS A SIGNED THAT SAID THAT ONLY THAT I CANNOT PAID FOR MY GROCERIES WITH MY EBT CARD.SHE SAID AGAIN IF YOU WANT THE PRODUCTS THAT I TOOK OUT FROM YOUR CART PAID THEM WITH CASH. I PAID WITH CASH SOME OF THE PRODUCT, I HAVE MY 91 YEARS OLD DISABLED MOTHER THAT IT WAS WAITING FOR ME TO GIVE HER THE BREAKFAST THAT SHE WANTED THAT THEY TO HAVE. AS A MATTER OF FACT ONE OF THE ITEMS THAT APPEARED IN MY RECEIPT THAT I CHECKED AT HOME AND PAID WITH MY EBT, SHE TOOK IT OUT FROM THE BAGS OF MY SHOPPING CART.

S SOME FISHY THAT IT HAPPENED THAT DAY, I WAS TARGET WITH THE PURPOSE OF GETTING CASH FROM ME ___-- I WENT TO THE STORE LOCATED BETWEEN MICHIGAN AND 192 AVE. VINE ´ST, KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA, THE CASHIER, AND THE MANAGER ALSO STARTED ACCUSING ME OF NOT FOLLOWING THE STORE RULES???, AND UNRESPECTED ME, VERBALLY, EMOTIONALY AND PHYSICALLY BY STOPPING ME TO GO BACK TO MY HOME ON TO DEAL WITH MY RESPONSABILITIES TOWARD MY ELDERLY DISABLED MOTHER, FELT AGRAVIATED AND ABUSED BY ME BOTH OF THEM,
