Terrible, NEVER received medication
- Paid $200 and never got the prescription.
- Promised Aug 19 delivery; as of Sept 4, no delivery; refund billed as admin fee.
I have paid this place $200.00 and have NEVER received the prescription. All kinds of lame excuses, then I was told I would receive the medication August 19, 2022.
Today is SEPTEMBER 4, 2022.
I was told when I asked for a refund that it was for administrative fee, I said well, since you haven't performed anything administrative, you shouldnt be charging me, was told thats not how it works, youre not getting your money refunded. Complete scam, dont fall for it!

that I could get help thru the companies themselves.mSo I contacted Prescription hope and cancelled my account. But they evidently never did. Never received a letter or bill, but now when I checked my equafax report, I find I was sent to collections for non payment. WHY?
I never received anything from Prescription Hope. And now i'm having trouble disputing this. I would not recommend this company at all.
