I bought a PrepSealer in January 2019, I misplaced the pump and would like to buy just a pump. My mother had a stroke & 2 aneurysms at the end of January. Mother was in hospital for 2 months & caring for her 24/7. Can’t remember where I put pump and would like to use PrepSealer (large one for salads). Please contact me as how I may buy a replacement pump. ID

Want to return! Says I have 30 DAYS to return on the only piece of information included, which is a sticker. There is nothing else to explain how to return & on their site it says returns are only excepted within 14 days. What?? So, I'm sending the package back today, February 22, 2019. And I'm using UPS with my own mailer.
