I paid for the program and started using it for my class. However, when I tried to pick up from where I left off, I was unable to do so. I tried calling and left countless messages, but I never received a response.
- Horrible customer service
User's recommendation: Dont buy this program. Customer service sucks. once you paid and encounter a problem, you are on your own. The only thing I can do at this point is call my credit card company to get my money back.
