Meals delivered to the wrong flat

Your system sent me an SMS which didn't work, so I sent an email to Prepkitchen with a photograph of the wrong flat and left it up to them to deal with. They offered me some compensation, which, to be honest, I didn't really expect. The real problem is that delivering food that soon goes off to the wrong flat is very bad.

Cant get hold of prep kitchen, emailed etc etc. No food, £80 down and a very annoyed customer.
