Premium white scam

I have also been ripped off by this company, they advertise a free trial which is not free. They make out you will only pay p&p then they cahrge you all sorts of money and take it out your bank account without authorisation. Do not give them you card number, I also had to cancel my card as they took £28 and then a further £57. I have called various times and also have receipt of returning goods. They just keep telling you that you will get a refund. They wont give you an email address or let you talk to anyone else. I doubt very much I will get my money back, please be aware of this scam and pass on the message.

They charged me $240 product never got

Thieves, liars. I agreed to a trial of shipping only of $1.95. I read the terms and condtions and nowhere did it say i would be charged $86.00 per month. This company charged my credit card for 3 $86.00 charges in one month. Over $240.00 in one month. they refuse to refund. I am so mad I am shaking and I am going to make a major stink about this. This posting is just the start!!I am currently unemployed and have plenty of time to pursue this. Why is nothing being done legally to stop this fraud?

Premium White nightmare! Cost me over $175 so far and still counting. Not so free after all.

I did not receive my "free trial" until after the free trial period was up. How convenient for this dishonest company. When I did finally get it,6 weeks later, there was absolutely no info on the packaging to help me contact the company. Is that even legal? If it is, it is very deceitful and the company should be ashamed of their shady ways of business. Last night i noticed 2 charges on my credit card for $87.62 and there was a phone number. 1-80*-659-****. I got worried when i called the number and there was only static on the other line. these people don't want to be contacted because they know they are a scam. Making their customers happy is the last thing on their list. I finally got ahold of their so-called customer service today and it was just what you might expect. Rude, unhelpful, and uninformed. Coreen, whom I spoke with literally refused to help me or let me speak with someone who could. What a joke this company is. STAY AWAY from PREMIUM WHITE! They are CROOKS!

Premium White is a scam

I ordered a free sample and gave my credit card number for shipping only. Big mistake! They have charged over $160 on my credit card which I am disputing. I am fighting them with the help of my credit card company but still have not had the charges credited back. I have returned the product, done everything Premium White asked for, yet still they have not posted a credit to my account. Don't go through the agony that Dazzle-SMile- Premium White has given me and give them credit card info. They are a total scam and will take all they can get from you.

i wish i had read these first, total scam cost me $68, never recieved product and they are still billing me for another $87 as i have not returned the product, stay away please, this is just an easy money draing scam, they do not even have the decency to give you an item ie atube of $1.00 toothpaste, please do not give your card number to these people, i cancelled my card if you have made the same mistake tell your bank and cancel your card imediately, do not let them take anymore payments, thay are a complete scam

I did cancel subcription and was charged

for trial, canceled again and was charged

another $87.00. Called toll free number on Dec 31,2009 was told that I would receive refund in 2 weeks, was sent e-mail

if I didn't get refund in 2 weeks to send e-mail with password in subject line and got mail server error. I am very tired of getting run around but will not give up untill I get refund.

Also got scammed by Premium White. Web site says if not satisfied return product but then if you don't receive it within the 14 days or call them and let them know to cancel they continue to charge your account....they have terribly rude customer service people...also don't know who they work for and refuse to pass your call to a supervisor or just keep saying the same thing over and over...would not purchase from these people. web site totally misleading and they do not help the consumer

Dazzle/premium white scam-a solution?

I got ripped by these thieves so I bombarded their live chat window for days from several different computers. That was just for revenge. I just told them I would report their activities to the relevant police and would make their life as inconvenient as possible and they reversed all their transactions and cancelled by "membership". I hadn't received anything so I didn't have anything to return and I printed out the live chat where they made this promise and gave it to my bank. The bank cancelled all held monies. But I did also have to cancel my card and get a new one but that's a minor inconvenience to put up with to get out of their clutches.

I got Scammed also the same way with a tooth whitening trial, now I realize most of them are all affiliated and have a service handling their cancellation line which isn't really a cancellation line, they just read the fine print for you. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

The affiliate ad looked like an informational blog which explained that by signing up for two of these product samples they had enough product to whiten their teeth.

It's a good thing I checked my credit card balance or I would have been scammed out of $300.00 not just 126.42. This shouldn't be legal!

I got done with $119.89 taken from my mastercard, gave my card details to post free sample of *** from these Nutralogy ***, bank has now stopped the transaction and asked them for proof of authorisation. Guess what they produce an invoice for dazzel *** never ordered never saw, neither did get any free sample that got $10.90 charged to my account.

I was also given the same speel about not being able to cancel the trial and being charged not only random chargesbut exchange fees as well because the company is overseas...cancelling your card is not always the end of it because Citizens bank told me they pre authorize a certain number of transactions allowing them to post even if you cancel or change cards....what a mess...lesson learned nothing is free!

I am going through this right now. I am so frustrated and pissed off.

I canceled before I got the trial size and they charged me three times already. I am filing a complaint through my bank, and everywhere else. In the meantime I am going to take your advice and cancel my card.

I cannot believe this. I had copied the conversation I had online with the representative as well!

Get this... I just went to the Acai Berry detox website...(same guys as vibrant white and the like) It says, I bold type, THEY WILL PROSECUTE ANYONE MAKING A FALSE CLAIM AGAINST THEM. That is so humorous, a fradulent company alleging fraud against the people they ripped off in the first place...WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE.

I just made the mistake of requesting the free trial... once I realized what I did, I cancelled it.

However, I still will incur the S&H charges both ways..

so I guess I'm out about $25 in total for absolutely nothing!!! They wouldn't stop the shipment on the reasoning that it is a fully automated process-- what a load of ***!

The "apologetic" text by Mark T is the same *** (verbatim) that AcaiSlim/ AcaiBurn etc use, it seems to stem from "Vibrantbeauty" which is also a legitimate company unfortunatly named the same.

They are just thieves and strangely have a live chat and complaints desk that will just ignore you an still charde you. Avoid!
