Pissed off at Premium Resorts Solutions

I was sold four all inclusive vacations by this company for $498 but soon discovered this was for time share opportunities. I tried to cancel this immediately but was told that I called back after their 24 hour cancellation!

I want to get back my $498 since I cannot do time shares since I do not have a flexible schedule for vacations and they do not have availability when I want to go! Fraudulent company.

Bait and Switch Schemie

I purchased a vacation package based on the list of resorts I was told I could choose to stay at.

1. I was told there were no restrictions or blackouts

2. I was told I would attend a 90 minute presentation at the location

3. I was told there were no additional fees after I purchase the package with the exception of the booking fee.

4. I was provided a list of resorts I was allowed to choose from.

5. AFTER I purchase my package, I received an email saying I would be responsible for hotel taxes and resort fees (clearly additional fees other than the booking fees. The stated "resort fees" are 10-25 per night).

I purchased the package because there were resorts on the list I wanted to stay out. Fast forward to the time to book my vacation -

1. I attempted to book two locations. The resorts on my list were magically no longer on my list and I could not stay at those resorts. The "resorts" they offered in their place do not have good reviews at one of the locations and the other location, they booked me for a holiday inn, hardly a "resort".

2. I could only check in on certain days (days I would not normally travel on). This is clearly a "restriction".

3. My welcome letter stated my resort fees are 32.99 per night, clearly above the 10-25 per night listed in my letter (reminder the sales rep said there were no fees).

4. My welcome letter stated if I did not attend the 120 minute presentation, I would be responsible for my entire stay bill. (My paperwork says a 90 minute presentation, not 120).

5. The company offered to waive my booking fees on my next vacation. This does not satisfy the fact that the resorts I purchased the package for are not available to stay at.

Terrible bait and switch scheme with apparently no recourse.

Tuck Jaz

Hello I had the same problem Thwy lie to you and tell u u can go to all destinations then they remi e them from the list when u go to book. The leftover places are not resorts that I would normally stay at.

They are like 2 star resorts. The same quth the reaort fees and added taxes Its better to book by urself then go through this com0any and then they expect u to buy a timeshare??

They are crazy. What woykd make me want to purchase anything if they cant even treat me with care from the beginning

Great Vacation

We recently got back from Orlando and the vacation was great. We did have to attend the presentation and it was not to bad.

It was worth it. I am surprised it was so discounted but it was quality resort. The kids loved the waterpark and we just laid around the pool and watched. We also have a 3/2 certificate to go to Branson Mo.

I will update this if we use get around to using it.

As for the complaints on here, It seems you had a rude sales person.

If I do not like a person on a phone call I just ask to speak with someone else. They will either transfer you or call right back and get someone else.

Premiere Resort Solutions

I just got a call today from a rep at Premiers Resort Solutions and it was her first day. She was very sweet.

Then she said I need to have you talk to my manager Stephen or Steve. He was persistent and when I said I can't do it until I talk to my husband he said OK I will tell you this. We will pay for your husband and you only pay for yourself. I again said, I have to speak with my husband before making a decision.

He then said You are one of the nicest people I have talked to in a long time (sounded like a used car salesman!) I will pay your taxes! I laughed and said I wont make a decision until I speak with my husband. He then said OK well we only have a few of these Goodbye and quickly hung up. I would have considered it after speaking with the first rep but he blew it totally.

Rude, pushy like a used car salesman, who needed to take a breath.

Two saying come to mind.....When it sounds too good to be true...... and you get what you pay for!

Poor Management in the sales department for travel deals with 90 minute sales program at location

Preferred solution: Train your management not to be so pushy.

I just got called to sell my unused weeks at RCI. He stated he wasn’t a salesman but met every definition.

Just prior to hanging up he called me a clown . Wow!

I have a feeling that they are trying to scam my boyfriend too.

I had the same experience... Kevin was "new," so he passed me to his manager, Steve, to "unlock the extra promotions that obviously, I can't open, 'cause I'm new." Steve said I was perhaps the nicest person he'd talked with all year (the "liking" principle...

we like people that like us). Sounds familiar! He offered to pay my taxes and apply a military discount just because someone in my extended family was in the military. The price dropped $200 and a few fees were waived, just 'cuz (the reciprocity principle...

give something to me, and I'll be more likely to give to you). Then I said it sounded like an interesting deal but I had to go to a work meeting, but would accept a call back later (they are soliciting in the middle of the work day, after all). Steve replied that the deal only lasted 3 more hours (the immediacy/scarcity principle). Again...

an oddly familiar story.

I said that I unfortunately was booked but would accept a call tomorrow. He wrapped up quickly by saying they would just try in the future for different promotions.

This is the exact same story and process I got. They asked her told me the special ended in three hours but they been calling me for three days about it. Ha I told them I wasn’t paying anything until I got to do some research on who they were and talk to my husband they let me go

Was this Premiere or Premium? Seems there is two different companies
