Scam Booted my Car and we paid, extorted us for 130 bucks
Call 3 different police agencies, reported them on google maps, Yelp, contacted the governors office, COMPLAINT submitted to BBB, and letter sent to New Orleans Sheriffs office. Hoping for change!
-Pull into parking lot, signage says:

to 504504 to pay
-Got out took picture for all of license plate and parking number. Paid for 8 hours.
Receipt sent back via text message as proof.
-We roamed around for 2 hours and came back to leave.
-Car was booted 2 rims, wtf!
-called paper taped to vehcile, explained I have a receipt, they told me to wait for someone to arrive.
-Ghetto thugged out guy drives up in grey Honda accord blacked out, license plate has blacked out cover on plate that is spray painted so you cant see his plate, has quick disconnects so he can pull the cover off after he extorts you. He approaches me and says, Boot comes off when you pay me 130 bucks, I told him no way I paid, he states I didnt. I show he receipt and he says dont matter wasnt in his system so pay! We were arguing and yelling for over a hour and then another person comes up holding there receipt same story, so now both of us yelling at him, 15 min later another person hears us yelling about the boots and comes over and says they booted his car!
We called 911, sherrifs department, local pD, no one responded due to private/civil issue. We all had to pay the extortion fee one by one.
I called bank and reported it as fraud so whatever. Sad never going back to New Orleans after this crap!
