Resolved: Order problem
- - Tried to order CBD oil; was told tincture; 50% coupon promised but not applied; order backlogged; support number goes to Verizon voicemail.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Heard back from Premium Jane via email, they refunded the monies I had sent. They said the order should be available in two weeks.
Customer service phone number goes directly to Verizon wireless voice message saying that phone no longer works. Im wondering if this is a short term company they made their money and they are no longer in service.
