Unauthorized Charges by Premium HealthCare

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My experience is similar to Niels Uxr. I took a survey from State Farm (supposedly) and was promised a fire extinguisher but I should just pay the shipping of $9.95.

All of a sudden the $9.95 charge showed up as wells a $56.17 charge. I now need to get a debit card which is a pain as I have numerous autopay charges set up on the old card.

Unauthorized charges

I was scammed out of $9.95 and $56.97 !! I was sent an email supposedly from CVS saying if I filled out a survey I would win a kit (Medicare) and would only pay $9.95 for shipping so I gave my bank debit card info for shipping charge and the next day found a charge for $56.97 on my checking account and the only thing I could see was it via was from Preminum Health Gear. Store and I knew I had been scammed!!

No one answers- tried to cancel a charge

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I wanted a medication for 1 month, after which I assumed we'd call and re-evaluate. No one called and the day before I cancelled, a charge was placed on my cc.

When I called to have them reverse it, I didn't get through to anyone. Texts, emails, calls- nothing. Then I disputed the charge. When more medication (that i didn't want) showed up at my door, I callled again.

This time somone answered- mind you there are 2 separate phone#s on the website and the one listed under Help and Support isn't complete! The other one finally routed me to a different answering machine. I left my# and someone called me back, but asked if I had gotten the second shipment of meds.

Now she has to call her manager to 'see what can be done'. Ridiculous!
