Robbed Without a Gun
The other day I went to the gas station to fill up a loaner while my car was repaired. Much to my surprise my card was denied.
Another customer told me there's was also so I assumed it was the gas station and went down the street. The same thing happed but this time I decided to call my bank because I was in a rough area. Much to my surprise I was told my account had a hold and given a toll free number to call! I called eight times and only reached voicemail - finally I left a message.
The following day I called again - this time I reached a person. I was advised I had a tax debt to the State of Indiana from 2007, 2008 and 2012. Isn't there a statue of limitations? Don't you need to advise me?
Not to mention I live in Florida now. The representative asked me how much was on hold and where I banked. Assuming they already knew I gave the information. The representative told me the only way she could release the hold was if I paid in full by credit card.
I tried to reason with the representative and explain the hardship - that coincidentally my lights were cut off and I was already experiencing financial hardship after the death of my mother. Can I make payments? No. Regardless, that you have taken every dime I own.
I hung up the phone and called my bank as well as the State to no avail. While I spoke to the bank, I pulled up my bank account and noticed a debit for $1200. While I was asking for an arrangement the representative processed a debit!
Surely, this can not be legal! To imagine the State of Indiana allows malicious collection activities at the discretion of Premiere Credit!

Bank Levy by Premier Credit out of the blue on 15 year old debt
My wife experienced a shock when she was shopping at a mall and suddenly her funds were frozen by the *** at Premier Credit North America last week, and these crooks (debt buyers) had the audacity to send her NO paperwork or notices on collection of a 15 year old tax debt from the state of Indiana that dropped out of her memory and off state statue of limitations. All her checks bounced due to the levy and a 700 bank account became -2300 in seconds while at the mall and after paying our utility bills.
We were without no ultilities for 2 weeks with electric and water shutoffs, and no food after a while. The louses did not lift the levy and a few days later we got a notice in the mail that said that we could make payment arrangements for the old debt and if we do so they would not do any levies or garnishments. Are they kidding?
What *** they are, and that is a polite way of putting it. Surely they violate a lot of rules.
This jewelry is JUNK
My daughter-in-law wanted me to buy this stuff so she could get free stuff and also host a party for the same reason, so I did it for her. This stuff is nothing but JUNK...don't waste your money ladies.
The jewelry scratches my neck..it twists and turns when you wear it. The clasps are junk...I'm thinking plastic material.
Just a word to you all buying this stuff.....the people selling this junk are taking your money and buying themselves the good jewelry, thanks to you for buying their junk!!! BEWARE, do not waste your money, save and buy the good stuff.
I hate Premiere Credit of N A
This is totally unfair. Premiere Credit N A reported an incident to the credit reporting agencies after my ex-wife didn't pay a bill. Premiere Credit N A never got in touch with me to inform me of the unpaid bill. After explaining that the bill was not mine and that I had never seen the bill and had never been contacted by mail or phone, Premiere Credit N A told me that there is nothing they can do about it.
How is that a collection agency can destroy a person's credit, but they claim they can do nothing to repair it.
My next call will be to the Federal Trade Commission.
