Worst Experience with Premiere Cleaners

This is to report a bad service and very unethical treatment of the Jane Yoo, owner of the Premiere Cleaners at 4S Ranch San diego. I'm a regular customer of this shop and recently I returned an unfinished work or alteration on my 2 pants. I spoke with Jane Yoo, the owner and she said that it's my fault because I didn't measure it right. I don't think it's right for a business owner to say that to her client. I marked the pants so they would know how much should be cut but when I claimed it, the length of the pants were still the same. Meaning, they didn't do anything on that pants yet I paid for the services. Jane Yoo said I have to pay half again and they will do the alteration. I said, it's not fair because I paid them in full already. I said, just give me a refund if they ask me to pay again. They said no, they wont do that and they can't do anything about my complaint. What a ver bad service. How can an owner can't do anything on their customer complaints....
