The movie theater was out of everything and charged me for the two childrens popcorn with a drink before telling me they didnt have the fruit snacks that came with it. The only icy flavor they had was cherry, and the place was filthy.

The trash cans were overflowing.

It was awful experience. I would love to have my money back for the tickets I purchased, but was told that I wasnt able to get my money back before watching the movie.

Complaint Lux Theatre Biloxi

This theatre has gone downhill rapidly. We went to see Wicked on Friday the 22nd.

They were terribly understaffed for an opening weekend of the most anticipated movie of the year. The popcorn was awful, tiny kernel pieces that could literally break someones teeth - the drink machines were just as bad with one being out of ice and no signing, another out of syrup, no signage. It was a complete cluster. Then the movie was so soft we could barely hear the dialogue.

The Lux used to be my favorite movie theatre in Biloxi, but no more. When I went back 2 days later to get a refund, or some type of something/ even an apology, I was met with excuses and no offer of anything to make it right.

It was an awful experience all the way around. I will give my money to other theatres in the area - but never the Lux.

Missing tickets

Took money off my credit card without emailing me my tickets & when I tried I call them about it, there was no way for me to get into contact with a worker almost intentionally. Need to fix their janky website and quit playing with peoples money.

Premeire Cinema Galveston,Tx

After experiencing hurricane IKE and FEMA i decided to take my kids to the movies. With everything closed down here in galveston I was happy to find out the movie theatre was open.

When we get there I figured I would have to pay form me and my daughter who is 4 and not my 2 yr. old. Well they charge for 1 yr. olds and up 5.50 for each person.

I paid it brushed it off. We go to buy some snacks and they don't have anything to drink! And the manager was right there being so unproffesional about it and said i could buy a hot water from them for 2.75!

what a rip off!
