Have not received a call back from Mr Bleemer at Premier/ Miami

my 2011 Toyota was scratched by Premier driver at my doctors office last month, I have decided not to use Premiers Body shop, I prefer one near my home, I spoke once to Mr Bleemer on Sept 12th, told him I would make a decision by Tues. the 13th. since then, I have left voice mail, sent 2 emails, spoken 3 times to a receptionist, but he has not returned my call to advice what my reimbursement will be for the damages. I am taking quite a loss on this, the 2 estimates I faxed him, he is refusing to pay that amount, I am willing to accept 240.00 for repairs. I just need an answer from him.

Got screwed out of my money

i paid my money and could not find the lot at their address or gps location. went to police dept and they could not find them. got screwed out of my money. called them and only got a recording. left my phone number and never heard from them. i would not advise anyone to do any kind of relationship with this company, if they are really do exist. they are a bogus operation or they are some kind of scam. i also do not see why my complaint has to be at least 100 words long. this is aggavation after getting screwed out of my money

I'll Get Back To You In Your Dreams

I received a call from someone claiming to be a manager at Premier Parking. The person claims he just heard about my problem. (Three months after my complaints!) He said he'd look into it and get back to me in 48 hours. Maybe I heard him wrong and he said 48 million hours because I have still not heard back from him. I even left him messages. The president of Premier parking never answered my letter but they still send me e-mails asking when I'll be using their lot again. Never, never, never. They won't even contact you When you try to discuss the problem. They damage cars and then won't take responsibility.

Premier Parking -Awful and DANGEROUS service!

Premier Parking (AKA Premier Parking Ventures)(website: www.premierparkingusa.com) is HORRIBLE. I highly advise against using their services!!! My husband and I parked at their Miami lot for our May cruise and we waited over an hour in the sun for a shuttle when they had three newer looking vans (with the Premier logo on them)parked empty in the lot. They first said no one was allowed in or out of port. Then when I called the port and found out it wasn't true, they said it was because their vans all of a sudden (yes, ALL 3!) broke down and they went and lifted the hoods up. Then they said we were waiting for another van to get us. All this while we sweltered in the sun. When the "other" van arrived, it was an OLD, white, nondescript conversion van with no logo pulling a trailer. They packed 15 of us in there and guess what? It didn't even have AIR CONDITIONING!!! When we got back from our cruise, one of the nice, newer vans with a logo picked us up. While my husband and I waited in the van for the driver to load the other's luggage, he got into a heated argument with another customer. We heard bags being slammed in the back of the van and then the driver jerked his door open, got in and slammed it shut hard enough to rattle the van. Then he proceeded to yell at ALL of us. While he was having his tirade, he began driving. His driving was so erratic that a port employee stopped him and told him his company was not allowed back on port property the rest of the day. The driver got back in the van and once again began yelling at us, telling us we should feel lucky we got picked up because we'd ruined it for the rest of the cruisers who he now couldn't pick up. I guess that's what happened on our trip the first day to the cruise ship. Once we left port property, he drove like a maniac to the parking lot. He got up to 75 in a 45 mph zone and took turns so fast we all got slung from side to side. It was so bad the lady behind me was dialing 911 just as we neared the lot. Once I got off, I gave the driver and other employees at the lot an earful. None of them seemed concerned and all of them acted very nonchalant as if this was normal. When I asked one of them what the driver's name was, he lied to me. I know this because afterward, I called the name out and the driver didn't even look. I then asked the driver directly what his name was and he told me a completely different name. I asked the other guy why he lied and he told me it was because the driver was a good guy and he didn't want him to get in trouble. I called there customer service and the lady I spoke with acted as if she couldn't care less. I've not heard one thing back from the company. However, I have looked for as many places to post negative reviews as possible in an effort to forewarn others. Not only is their service awful, but their DRIVERS ARE DANGEROUS!! DO NOT USE PREMIER PARKING!!!
