My daughter and I had a horrible experience. The cost is way overpriced and their system does not properly communicate.

You are bounced around and there is never a point of contact to try and discuss matters or continuance of care. It's been over a year and I am still being charged and trying to resolve these issues and they won't help me with retainers.

My husband lost his job and we missed a few payments and we tried to restart and they kept charging me but said I needed to find a new dentist. This was after paying on time for most of our payments.

Heartless company with no empathy. Very poor customer service

Not satisfied at all! Yes they are all nice, but when it comes to money and them making a mistake they are no longer nice nor do they want to speak to you anymore or correct their mistake.

BUT if they correct THEIR mistake YOU are charged interest! Their main concern is money! I used their scale sent from them to quote my monthly payments based on my down payment, so I agreed. Once I was advised my payments was more then I agreed to, I informed Julie/Susan that wasn't the payment I received, I received this and your saying it's that, her response "OH YOU WANT ME TO CANCEL IT AND REDUND THE $1,000 BACK TO YOUR CARD?

Wow! I'm thinking, Your mistake then this is your response? Yes give me my money back and cancel! Their are too many Orthodontist around to be treated like your time and money don't matter!

This was your mistake NOT mine! I reached out to Kearce to explain what happened being that she really helped me in the beginning when I decided to move forward! Her response oh she's been out due to a family emergency if she was there should've fixed it, LOL this just happened really? SMH, then tell me it's nothing she can do but if she was to change it to what I agreed to I would be charged interest!!!!!

When you're already charging me interest? Because of your mistake? No I'll take my time and money else where, they are all about money!

And because of my reviews Julie decided to lie on me and say that I cursed her out and told her I would never come to that office again. WOW HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT LIE AND STICK TOGETHER

I am the owner of Premiere Orthodontics in Orlando, FL. No relation to the Premier Orthodontics in AZ. Please clarify as to which office you are upset with. Poor reviews reflect on every office named Premier(e) Orthodontics. I have found 3 in the US. I work very hard to maintain a reputation for quality, service and honesty. I'm sure that you can work this out between you and your orthodontist instead of posting on the internet. Thank you for your consideration in this matter, I hope everythig works out well for you.

Took my money. I asked for a guarantee of his workmanship and was told by a call from his office person telling me Dustin R. Coles said: "I don't think we're on the same page".

What is wrong with this dentist????

AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT *** like the plague.
