Nissan Dealership at Fremont are big cheaters

Hi, I never wrote any reviews till date. This is my first review and I'm writing this because I never want anyone like me to get affected by this dealership. Everyone tries to cheat you right from your first step into the showroom. Edmond Lu from the finance department is the worst guy I had ever met in USA. They overcharged me like around 5k and when asked they really dont care giving you proper answer. I had called them 100 times in the last two weeks and left a bunch of voice mails to him and never got a call back. If you really want to buy a nissan product atleast please avoid going to Premier Nissan at fremont. Otherwise just avoid a nissan product. Once again i'm only writing this review as I dont want anybody else to get cheated like I was. Every single person in there is a liar and cheater.

Problems with payment

Month old car is giving me so many problems

My car that was purchased on 6/27 is giving me so many problems. My car is not starting. I have to put air in my tire every other day, there's something rubbing on passenger side tire and the service air bag light is on. I talked to the dealer and he said there was nothing else he could do. I called the finance company and was told the dealer could pay off old car and finance a cheaper or equal value car loan again with them. I keep calling dealer and he's not answering my calls. I have a 10 month old who was stuck with me until we were able to get a jump. I can't live like this. Yes it was a used car but I should not have all these problems already. I need to trade this car!! I'm VERY UNHAPPY with this car. It wasn't given to me i have to make payments in this car.

Premier Nissan of Metairie commits forgery

I went to buy a car and trade in my vehichle at Premier Nissan of Metairie. I was talked into leasing and was told that I would be given $3,000 for my trade-in. After completing the paperwork I was told that they would have to send it in to the main office the next day before I could receive a copy because they were closed at the time. Well, I asked several times that night and days following for my paperwork and I never received my papers. I finally called Nissan corporate office and received my papers in the mail. I noticed my signature was forged and I was given $1 for my 1999 Nissan Maxima which was in great condition with 60k miles. I have sinced filed a police report and reported this company to the BBB but nothing has been done. Matthew Bowers and David Argosy shame on you for shady business.

This just seems typical of the scurrilous new car sales techniques of this horrible company. Never buy a new car from them.

Paid $1000 when new Murano purchased for extended warranty. Was told it covered bumper to bumper by Nissan.

Apparently those bumpers were not on my Murano. They are stealing at will in Metairie.
