Premier Laser Spa Laser Treatment Review from Harrisburg, Illinois

They suddenly closed the Woodbury, MN location and I have not been able to contact them by the "dedicated" phone number or email provided. I've been reading online that they are REFUSING to refund anyone back AND they want you to drive hours away to a different, still open location! Not sure which location would be closest to MN, but the hour drive I already had to do to Woodbury was already a pain to start with. I've already paid half of the $5,000 package deal and still have treatments left to do, but looks like they're going to take my money and run. I have very little doubt they will have the balls to make things right. Disappointing company all around.

Premier Laser Spa / Nashville Laser Spa

So I spent $1,100.00 on laser treatment of 1 area. This includes 12 treatments and they required payment in full up front. At my initial consultation, there was some pressure to buy their package deal of 3 treatment areas, but I was skeptical that it would work so I just purchased 1 treatment area. I am so glad I only purchased one area because today when I called in to make my next appointment, I found out that the Nashville location had been closed down!!! Oh, but they'd be happy to make an appointment for me in Knoxville...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! That's a 4 hour drive EACH WAY! I've been on the phone with their "customer service reps" but there aren't helping me - just referring me to the Knoxville location! I am so mad about this. Same boat here. Paid $2000 in full for two areas and only had one treatment in sept.

Can't get any calls or emails back.

Very poor customer service. Something has to be done for them not upholding their side of the contract.

I paid for full legs, bikini, chin and lip and the manager talked me into doing 3 times on my arms. Well after all treatments are done, hair is beginning to grow back.

I never was hair free, and actually had to go back for extra treatments. They should not be able to advertise like they do.

They lead you to think you'll never have to shave again. This is so very Wrong
