I got scammed
Premier Home pros is a scam. Not a shower co.
They don't know anything about remodeling showers. All they want is your money. In return you get stress disrespect and bad workmanship. They hire subcontractors/ handymen to send to your house and make a mess.
Terrible incompetent scammers. Could not care less about your complaints, their goal is to make sure they collect the full contract price. I gave them 4.5 months to do the right thing by me. They just are not interested.
They sent 3 different handymen to try to put a band aid on the problem.
Please stay away. You will regret it.

Horrible work even worse customer service
work was done poorly, had to beg to get them to fix their own mistakes, once they have your money they will NOT share your urgency to fix. and maybe most importantly the salesman lies to your face but you only know this after the fact.

Unprofessional company
Paid deposit in September 2024. No shower as of April 2025. Requests for deposit return go unanswered.

Had a "one day" shower install done on 10/3. They left me w my master shower upstairs to leak downstairs into ceiling fan. The installer is rude and unprofessional, he blamed ME for leak.
It is now Dec 1st and is not repaired.
Don't use this company

Preferred solution: JUST FIX IT PROPERLY and don't involve previous installer

Installed a new shower that leaks into downstairs ceiling fan and they said they would fix and no one has contacted me.Been since 103 and they won't admit they caused a leak.NEVER LEAKED BEFORE THEY CAME TO DEMO/INSTALL SHOWER
Promised 1 day shower install, took a week. Was promised shower doors reinstalled, a week later installed off track.
First time turning 2nd floor shower on had it leak into 1st floor ceiling fan.
They are now blaming me.
