I am still receiving phone calls for a debt that I settled almost 4 years ago
Four years ago I was contacted by Premier holdings about an alleged debt with household Orchard Bank. I was told that if I did not settle the debt that they would take me to court and not only would I be responsible for the full amount of the debt but I would also be responsible for any court cost so I made a settlement offer they excepted and I paid it but since then every six months I keep getting phone calls from other debt collectors trying to collect on the same debt. I just received a phone call again just yesterday on the same matter and I just spoke to someone at the number that was left for me to call back and they said that as of February 4 they are going to start garnishing my wages and my bank account by up to 33%
Preferred solution: Other collection agencies to quit trying to collect on a debt that I have already paid

Beware ! THEY HAVE MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM !
In September of 2019 I received the call from this company saying that I had a debt from a vehicle that I purchased in 2014 I told them that this vehicle was totaled and I thought that the insurance has taken care of it they said no that I owe them 4000 I don't remember the other amount but that I could settle with them for $1,000 I did not want to have any bad debt so I agreed they sent me an agreement letter that if I paid on September 30th $1,000 the that would be considered settled after 3 weeks of this agreement I paid them and they said but the debt was settled in full they sent me a document saying that but after one month I received a letter from another company saying that they are authorized to act on the original creditors be behalf I told them that I had settled with Premier Holdings send them all the documentation and also the check and the bank statement where the $1,000 was withdrawn from Premier Holdings after 3 weeks they said that's Premier Holdings was not authorized to collect on behalf of the original creditor and they must have received information from another party I went to the courthouse and receive the judgement and they levied my account bank account that is for any money I receive for the total of $5,400 they took everything I called Premier Holdings to find out why they had not informed the original creditor that I had settled with them and they said that they did not have to inform anybody and that the other company that levied my account was not authorized to do so I told them yes that I spoke too the other party that put the levy on the account and they sent me the legal document saying that they were the only ones that were authorized to do so Premier Holdings said that you do not have to care or inform me who their client was I told them who is cja he said he didn't have to give me that information and then why would he help me I told him that I would be evicted because I cannot pay my rent also he stated he did not care and that he had advised his client but they do not listen to inform the pertaining parties that I had resolved this debt I called my bank to see if they could intervene they said no since I signed an edoc but then they told me that a company called Zenco collections had cashed the check. I know now and looked them up that Premier Holdings and Zenco collections have many complaints against them.
I have sent many complaints against them through different entities and they responded that they sent me a sttlement letter and it is considered paid in full but as of yet I have a levy on my bank account.
I have all pertaining documentation that Premier Holdings or Zenco Collections were not authorized to collect on behalf of the creditor. Premierpremier

DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR PREMIER HOLDINGS? I AM GOING THROUGH SOMETHING SIMILAR
I have tried several times to call them but to no avail. Their supposed number is 877348****.
Do not give them any money. They led me to believe they had purchased the debt from original creditor. But another creditor had the debt. Which they did provide legit purchase.
I am still paying them and still have to pay for 3 more years. Because of Premier Holdings.

Contact your local states representative and make them aware. Put a complaint against them on the better business bureau!
There are a lot of complaints against them there. Also on the website get out of debt guy. Sad, sad situation !
I wish you luck. I wish I had read these complaints against them before I paid them.
