Premier Food Safety Rip Off

I recently needed to renew my ServSafe certification and decided to give an online program a try. After some research I found that Premier Food Safety seemed to have testing in my area and I decided to give them a shot. What happened? First their online training turns out to be complete BS. It is only a couple of hours of actual content - hardly enough to get you prepared and also NOT compliant with almost any health agency in the country. When I showed the training to my health inspector he laughed his butt off! Second, as you can tell from the above, my certificate was not accepted. The inspector told me that there are some online programs he will accept, but Premier's was not one of them. When I called to ask for a refund they refused to offer me my money back citing their 'terms & conditions'. Total waste of money, horrible customer service, not reputable. Avoid them at all cost!

Premier food is only for California I think. And I think it's valid for specific regions of CA. This was copied and pasted from their site >>>>

"Please Note, This Training is Not Valid in:

Riverside County

San Bernardino County

San Diego County"

No he just never took the final exam and thought the certificate of completion of his training would suffice....it clearly states on that paper that this isnt your final cert...you need to take the final exam in person

I just tried signing up online and the website needs to update or fix their payment process page, because everytime i submitted my credit card info and submitted, the page reloaded stating the payment was a failure and request denied. I attempted to repay about fives times the last onewith a different credit card, and i thought it was sketch to be denied everytime when i checked my bank account and they charged me for each transaction-_-

hopefully when i call tomorrow they BETTER GIVE ME A REFUND FOR ALL THE EXTRA UNECESSARY TRANSACTIONS. :sigh
