My correspondence on my order that was charged but never shipped came from someone named Glenn.
I ordered a like new - used Cuisinart coffee maker on 12/12/14 from Premier Books On Line through Amazon. Premier ordered the shipping label from USPS to generate a shipping number and reported that to Amazon so that he could receive my payment. The item was never delivered to USPS.
I waited until 1/6/15 to allow for reasonable shipping delays during the holidays. When I sent an inquiry to the shipper, he answered back:
"I support my family with this business and not a scam-er or sell on EBAY. I believe in only doing good business and complete almost 10,000 every year for last 10 years. I strive for 100% satisfaction on all orders.
With that said, would you please confirm your shipping address? Meanwhile, I can look for a replacement. I look forward to helping and making this right.
Sincerely, Glenn" When I asked why he needed me to confirm my address, since it was supplied to him by Amazon, and why did he have to look for a replacement, I heard no more from him.
I reported it through A-Z guarantee on Amazon.
I said that I would remove that if he really had my coffee maker. No response.
Ordered a"like new used" coffee maker from PremierBooksonline on 12/20/14. Tracking # was provided and still no shipping has yet occurred as of 1/8/15.
Looks like I may be screwed.
I ordered a book thru Amazon and received (after numerous weeks)a different one from Premier Books. As Premier books refuse to give out their address, there is no way to contact them directly.
I spent weeks trying to get a replacement thru Amazon, but only got platitudes from both.
Still have not received the correct book nor the prepaid envelope to return incorrect one; but they still have the payment. This company is not reputable, and even has made me question Amazon's reputation.
I ordered a used book from premierbookdealers and received my book on the day they told me it would be delivered. I am satisfied with my order results. :)
I ordered a used book from the seller premiere books online through Amazon, and after a month when the book had not arrived, I emailed Amazon for status. I was told that the book had been shipped but that they would send a replacement.
After another month had gone by without receiving either order, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have never had this problem with ordering things on Amazon and would agree that this seller is not reputable.
