Received today the Lenox spice jar with two big chips on the lid. It should have been listed "as is", of course they knew that. Wrapped in bubble wrap & boxed, could not have happened in shipping.

There is a Premier Books On Line registered in Colorado and showing an address of Andrea L. and Glenn A. Carter, 301 Park Place, Fort Collins Colorado 80525.
My correspondence on my order that was charged but never shipped came from someone named Glenn.
I ordered a like new - used Cuisinart coffee maker on 12/12/14 from Premier Books On Line through Amazon. Premier ordered the shipping label from USPS to generate a shipping number and reported that to Amazon so that he could receive my payment. The item was never delivered to USPS.
I waited until 1/6/15 to allow for reasonable shipping delays during the holidays. When I sent an inquiry to the shipper, he answered back:
"I support my family with this business and not a scam-er or sell on EBAY. I believe in only doing good business and complete almost 10,000 every year for last 10 years. I strive for 100% satisfaction on all orders. With that said, would you please confirm your shipping address? Meanwhile, I can look for a replacement. I look forward to helping and making this right.

When I asked why he needed me to confirm my address, since it was supplied to him by Amazon, and why did he have to look for a replacement, I heard no more from him.
I reported it through A-Z guarantee on Amazon. I said that I would remove that if he really had my coffee maker. No response.
