Resolved: Can’t get into my account

I have a live advert but can't get into my account. I try to press the log-in button, and the screen goes blank. The same happens if I try to join.

Hopeless. Not able to speak to anyone, I needed to actually speak to a person. I’m still blocked from seeing my mail, so expect the sale of my pony will be lost and you won’t let me advertise pups WHY

I don't know what has happened and I cannot get any answers. All I want to do is place an advert.

However, you won't let me. Phone number doesn't work either, so how can I speak to anyone?

I have used preloved for many years without problems but now despite paying for membership I cannot get my advert approved, there is no number to contact them and they are not responding to my emails. It is a standard advert for my puppies, ive advertised on there before. Im beginning to think the company doesn't exist any more

Poor communication

I have no idea why I am blocked. I have a post advertising a pony and am trying to advertise some pups.

Pics with mother and of pups. What else is wrong with?
