Can't buy tickets without a code. Can't speak to anyone live to find out where to find the code...process is too difficult to be worth the time to figure out. Maybe some will actually call now that I've completed the customer satisfaction survey they sent in response to voice mail asking for help...

No human on phone/disconnected
See subject I have a question about tickets the Heights theater told me to contact you And you guys dont have a human answers the phone Then when I find your phone number, you just say go to the website and then you disconnect. It is incredibly impersonal.
