Preferred Hotels and Resorts

I went to schedule my trip they would not schedule it because my girlfriend does not share my address then they would not refund my money the company is a scam do not do any business with them

• We have contacted the reservation center too many times to book our vacations. They always answer and promised to call back, but never do it.

• We have been forced to book twice directly with hotels because it was impossible through PGR .

• In the presentation they promised we were going to pay 299 a week for hotel plus 99 for resorts. That is never the price offered when we call.

• The presentation included cruises and we are tryint to book a cruise for March 2016 and they said they have no availability, and the prices are only a short discount of the price shown in the cruise website.

• As you may see, all these factor are impossible to know in the presentation when we signed the contract. These factor are only experienced when we call to make a reservation.

• Since I just lost two vacation opportunities and many hours at the phone. Since I am not seing the program working and experienced a terrible customer service.

I am asking for a cancellation of my membership that is been never used.

I have fullfilled my part of the contract making the payments on time and calling with enough time in advance of my vacation plans. But PGR has not fullfiled its part of the contract helping me in a timely manner and within the parameters offered at the presentation on May 16th 2015.

Scammed Company. Trying to get my money back.

WAS TALKED INTO PURCHASING A VACATION WITH THE GAURANTEE THAT IF FOR ANY REASON I WANTED TO CANCEL IT WOUYLD NOT BE A PROBLEM. WELL GUESS WHAT, I CAN'T CANCEL.

NOW NO ONE WILL RETURN MY EMAILS, AND NO I CAN NOT BE PUT IN TOUCH WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY.

I LITERALLY SPENT A GOOD 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE, AND WAS REASSURED I COULD CANCEL ANY TIME BEFORE 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE. A BLATANT LIE; I WAS NEVER TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE A TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT TO GET TO SOME OTHER PLACE IN ORDER TO DEPART.

"We take your money anyway" said one of the bosses at stayskay vacation club presentation at Lake Buena Vista Resort when I did not accept his offer on 3/20/15. This shows their true philosophy.

They "threw" us in the hands of a bunch of crooked salesmen at Villas Sol Resort in Costa Rica, and those crooks sold us a time share using lies and, in turn, sold us to another bunch of crooks called Resort Marketing Systems who are trained to promise but not deliver either.

I wrote to the Preferred Guest Group management, K. Branch and B. Bizar, but they never replied - the same tactics Villas Sol crooks use.

We wrote off the money we paid for this time share as lost money.

It is too bad American law enforcement does nothing to stop all this scam industry and hold the crooks responsible.

Updated about two years ago for $$$. Caller today says it expires Jan 9, 2015, so too late to use (need 30 day notice).

Never received info, and now they want more money.

Trips sound great, but they love it when you "forget." Where is info they promised. Why invest any more with them?

These guys PGR = Prefered Guest Resorts are a boiler shop in Florida that sold us "special" 4 night stay in Costa Rica at a 4 star Resort called Villas Sol. Price was $700 all inclusive.

the Resort was maybe a 2.85 point, never a 4 star resort. This Resort is 30 years old and they ahve not even painted in the last 20 years, food barely passable, nice view of the bay. They gave us the hard sell for 2.5 hours for a $48K Villa and we held firm with NO! NO!

After returning to USA we got additional billing for $960 on our credit card with no explaination. We call and were told because I was 72 rather than 70 years of age, I had lied about my age and the money was due. When this special deal was sold to us in June of 2012 "George" of PGR never said there was a limit on age, age never came up in the discussions.

Also Villas Sol sells these same four night on the internet anytime for $808 total, all inclusive.

These guys are rip off artists, take a look at the internet. I should have done that first......

We have checked in on 10th feb 2012 and taken 3 rooms for three nights... In the first room we have entered it is not clean and also the room is full of mosquitoes we have called the reception and they told me that we are sending the guy but after waiting for one hour there is no one come... We personally have to go on the reception and called the receptionist and he have checked from his eyes the room is full of mosquitoes... he called a person and he killed about 100 of them still we cant live in that room... I ask him to change the room but he said we are full and we can give you other room but it is not with other two rooms where my family is and also it has no facing... The wash basin is fully chocked we have called plumber three times to make it repair.. In my other room the Air condition is fully chocked and when we complain there is no use only on the last night before departure they make it repair... We have booked a car to go to calangute beach and ask him to wait for 4 hours and we came in 6 hours the taxi left us and went back when we call in the hotel and discuss this with manager he told me that it is my fault that you come two hour late and they cant help it and I have to find my own convence to reach hotel and also have to pay the taxi man which bring us to calangute and he clearly told us that he cant help me we have to talk to taxi man.. We have paid 3 time extra money to come to the hotel because there is no taxi available over there...

I use to travel abroad near about 10 times a year and I have never face such a bad experience in my life... I also travel goa many times stayed in Taj, Cidade, but this was the worst experience of my life...

I took a tour in April, 2011 for a week at Calypso Cay, Florida . 2 days in Daytona Beach and 4 days in Orlando.

I was promised a 3 day 2 night complimentary trip anywhere where there are timeshares and a free 3 day cruise. I tried to use my complimentary trip for a weekend get a way and was told that I cannot use it because my husband and I are now separated and not legally divorced, that I could use someone else name if they qualify, but, that person did not take the tour I did and they do not qualify, I do.

I already own two timeshares and are not interested in purchasing any more which they are marketing. I took that tour and they owm me the complimentary trips which they are now trying to deny me.
